Terrible service. Tech messed up...service manager...

Terrible service. Tech messed up...service manager tried to put it on me instead of saying tech made a mistake...we all make mistakes. Man up, let's find a solution. Manager promised to call back me... 7 days ago...still nothing. Service rates -1... Customer Service, Management, General Mgr rate -5...if you say you're going to do something, live up to your word. Thumbs down. Won't ever deal with Vision Kia again.
