I just read the reviews and 2 stuck put to me because I literally experienced the same. I applied for the Luxury Remote position and completed and followed all of the assessments. I was truly elated about the interview that was held yesterday in a group. I was finally up for my turn for the phone screening ans was cut off, and felt I had the job before that. The interview was 45 of minutes the Host/ Recruiter Penny and the last 2 mins consisted of her asking 2 linear questions. Her happy and energetic tone changed immediately. She was short and hung up abruptly.

Needless to say I agree with Viv below. My husband felt I had the job with all of the correspondence prior. The feeling I had after the screening gave me negative vibes. The month of training was to start tomorrow but, the regretful email came in just before 6 pm this evening. I am not surprised however. disheartened tthe such a luxury brand requires the upmost of standards for the position but, VIPdesk didn't showcase the same requirements. I truly feel it was due to a lack of diversity and Ms. Penny held a phone screening for 120 seconds to judge the voice and the other end as opposed to the credentials and resume.

With such an intense training commitment, what an employee lacked, that training would provide. The training
will ensure that he or she are ready to provide Customer ServiceMaster to said " Luxury Brand".
