I work at a new car dealer in the service dept as a service consultant , and we use them to install aftermarket accessories on new/used cars that our sales dept have sold, communication is a big issue with these folks!!! Just a few examples, when one of there drivers picks up a car from me to take it to there location for accessories to be installed, when they bring the vehicle back to me, it is like they cant even bring me the keys and work order so you can make them a purchase order (p.o.) , they just dump it with the first person that they see, that can write them the p.o., and this makes my job harder! it is not by my choice to use them but it is not up to me. I would say it is just the Fusz brothers retirement fund and it is not manged very good at all by the general manger Tom. one time while getting a front glass installed on one of the used cars, I asked one of the two workers if there was time to take a look at another vehicle and the answer I received back was so crude I could not say it on google the remark was in reference to my mother, I may have took it the wrong way because he laughed when saying it but I was highly offended!!! If they start to show some improvement I will take this review down, but they need to implement some new process before any of that could happen, and we all hope it does.
