A few years back an associate of mine had a project that involved using a low tac material for a printed wall mural. Well the people at Firehouse used a high tac material instead. This was not the correct material and made removal and installation a nightmare. This was discovered over the weekend, well no one at Firehouse answered the phone until Sunday PM. The owner (Sally) was not friendly when I reached her. My salesperson Ted was also upset that I disturbed his weekend. Well I found someone (another firm) to help me over the weekend. My client was upset on how someone could provide the wrong products.

Also beware that Firehouse runs graphics at different speeds sacrificing image quality. They don't tell you and then it is too late.

Maybe that is why they are the low cost option. Poor customer service and quality. Not impressed with their service and ownership.
