I stopped in on a Saturday to get a part for my Mercedes. The parts department was closed but one of the sales team members went absolutely above and beyond to help me get what I need. I don t live anywhere near this dealership but I will come here when it s time to buy my next car.

Flew in to purchase a car under guaranteed terms that the vehicle was flawless . When I arrived, the car was far from that. Needless to say, I was extremely frustrated and feeling like this was another sales guy taking advantage of an opportunity to make a quick sale, but when the pre-own manager, Bryan, heard and saw the issues at hand, he took ownership and encouraged me to give him a chance to fix the issues. He went above and beyond, gathering his whole team and extended resources to work on the vehicle and had it looking up to a higher standard that was much closer to the quoted standards. Bryan made me feel like I was his most important customer and made my satisfaction his utmost priority. Bryan, thank you for your leadership and passion. It made a big difference!
I have a 2014 Mercedes Sprinter RV that had several recall notifications and some rather serious engine issues. I couldn't be happier with Vin Devers service. I worked with Dylan McCance in scheduling my RV. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with, personable, and very knowledgeable. He guided me through the service process and made sure I was completely satisfied. Kudos to Dylan McCance for a superior job handling the AEM issues with my Sprinter on 6.28. Courteous, knowledgeable, prompt and precise working with the service team to correct the extensive exhaust issues that have plagued the Sprinter since purchase. This man is management material; displays competence, determination and drive. Dylan is the best!! I've been to this location maybe three or four times. Every time I've dealt with Dylan he is very thorough he is very pleasant to be around. If you have questions he won't make up something. He will actually take the time to figure it out and ask someone else if he needs to these types of people are rare in the world. I also had a driver different drivers both times to my house and back to the location. Both drivers were very polite and respectful. The only reason I couldn't give them five stars is because whenever I call in to make an appointment I can't ever get a hold of someone in the actual automotive department and you can't go through the regular scheduler you have to speak to them. So, when they send me to that department I leave a message and no one ever returned my call So anyway . . . They do great work I'll post some images of the clean vehicle for you guys! If you have an oversized vehicle like industrial vehicles they also do details and that's awesome it is so hard to get my Mercedes-Benz sprinter into any type of car wash when I wash it myself it's a mess. I started to only give them four stars but you know what the customer service totally pushes them up to a five even if they didn't return my calls no one is perfect.
JP was a pleasure to work with and made the entire process quick and easy. Will explained the A6 in detail and promised to help if I have any questions in the future. Timothy in finance was great too.
