Vimec Srl Review

As a carrier from a foreign country, I feel discriminated against. How many times I don't come here so many times there are problems with ufficio spedizioni. Once I have to wait more than 3 hours for loading, once they won't load me at all on a given day and other times I arrive at 11:35 and I hear from a woman that they will be loading me immediately after 12:00 comes and close the warehouse and inform that only at 13.30. If I knew they wouldn't load me, I wouldn't even wait and waste 2 hours. I have a lot of work, and because of this type of service it gets unfeeling. The funny thing is that I waited 2 hours for loading to last max 5 minutes.

Great caring company. Professional customer support. They gave me suggestions to buy a wheelchair that fits with their "montascale" model T09 and that also can enter into an elevator with 60cm wide door... and that can go even on the road... Thank you Mr representative!!!

We have a simple 2 floor hydraulic Vimec lift which is in daily use. As a wheelchair bound handicapped person I rely one in my Sailing Club which is regularly faulty and the service back up in the UK is very poor it took at t 5 days for some one to repair it. I would never recommend a Vimec lift to any one leave of all to a handicapped person such as myself. In my previous 3 storey house I had 2 UK made Pollock lifts, just imagine my being stuck upstairs for 5 days Pollock provided back up 7 days a week and a technical contact no if a problem occurred. I am unaware of why an Italian made lift was selected.
I have just realized this is the only UK review, & I am not the only 1 star. Are there any other Vimec lifts in the UK?

Longstanding (mostly software) issue in existing lift repaired by a very tenacious, competent and professional engineer from Vimec UK. Highly recommended.

The stairlift is good, of good quality and simple
to use.
The assembly was carried out in a workmanlike manner by competent and qualified personnel.
I had an immediate response to the request for assistance and the following morning the problem was solved.

I am the owner of a "vimec" stairlift, I only phoned once to ask for information and the availability was as if my interlocutor had a stomach ache telling me he could not give me an answer and above all without being able to pass me or give me a number. t.co of another operator more prepared to answer my question. Not a problem if I can't find out what I need, I take it and throw it in the rail and take another brand.

Excellent technical back up and support through the UK Vimec team. Responded instantly to our request for site attendance and resolved the faults immediately.

Very slow delivery, 7 weeks more than quoted. Terrible communication. They have caused my project so much stress.
