First time at Ourisman and I have to say, these guys are good. My sister wanted a GTI and they had the best prices and huge selection of different trims. Patrick Yuen was our sales contact and he was very genuine. I have had many experiences with different sales folks, and Patrick made me feel comfortable. It was easy to ask him questions, negotiating prices and assisting in the overall experience. We had the pleasure of working with Bill (Manager) as well. He was strict but polite and reasonable with his offer. Happy to say we were able to make a deal and walk out with a car that we love. Thank you both for all your help and I ll be looking forward to my next purchase from you guys.

Just purchased my 21' GTI from here. Pretty chill dealership, I had the pleasure of working with Patrick Yuen who was attentive and personable. He even picked me up when the Finance office was backed up and I left to get food. Overall process was smooth and a great car-buying experience.

The Ourisman in Rockville has amazing customer service. They were extremely accommodating and helpful. The General Manager, Tom Ibrahimi, was a great help and constantly checked in to make sure our experience was going well. Ray and Arthur were also extremely great to work with and very friendly. I came to this dealership just to get a test drive for a base model Atlas but the sales professional (Ali and Mo) are so amazing that I purchased the SEL Rline.
The customer service + friendly nature of the team here was top of the roof. Loved it.

Also, the finance guy was amazingly helpful. He made sure I get best interest rate.

These guys have it all together - a well oiled machine at best! I arrived at 7:30 AM and the team was waiting for me - they opened the garage - I drove in and they confirmed why I was there and then they took my car and called me several hours later and voila! The car was given back to me all done and cleaner than when I bought it. VERY IMPRESSIVE! Love these guys and so should you! Peter
