A real shame to give this one star the place is absolutely 5 star but there is no regulation on no of visitors and there are not enough staff excessive queues for everything extremely slow poor service and such a waste as it's all geared up More

Took two of my grandbabies and they loved it. Lots of things outdoors so if weather is cold wrap up warm. Farm animals looked a bit sad as plots they were in were very muddy with no shelter. Indoor activities good , gift shop a little overpriced as was the icecream but it was delicious. The car park is free and we noted plenty of disabled spaces. Food options could be better and rides/activities not all open when park opened. We will visit again but when weather is warmer.

Great place to take the grandchildren. Plenty to do .we ate in the pantry that does a variety of food .the only disappointment we had was the chip shop was replaced with a pizza place .Don't like pizza would prefer the chip shop

Great for kids. Have a VIP pass so a lot cheaper than first realised. Kids enjoyed it. Waited around for the bubbles out the tree and was quite anticlimactic. Indoor area rammed when its cold outside and could only stay in for a 15 mins because nowhere to sit and hard to find kids when they're inside. Wasnt enjoyable. But when the weathers good its a great day out. Foods always nice.

Great place for a fun family day out. Suitable for all ages. Everywhere on site is easily accessible for prams and wheelchairs. Clean throughout. Huge indoor soft play and a separate sand & water play. Lots to do to keep you busy for the full day and spend as little or as much money as you like the prices for activities are very reasonable and pay per activity (some of these are free such as the outdoor playground & the animals) or buy a multi pass.

The prices of the activities are to expensive unless you buy a play pass which reduces the price. There are around 40 different flavours of ice cream to choose from. And overall it is a good family day out

Nice day out with family today specifically for my granddaughter aged 7. Positives were plenty of activities, clean environment, great ice cream and well managed car parking.
Not so good or improvements required included: not being able to tour ice cream production facilities (due to hygiene / H&S issues), although used to be able to do this. Apparently this is being reviewed again, the sooner the better. Poor animal section, and not allowed to walk around but pay for a slow tractor tour - shame. Rude counter staff on ice cream parlour and expensive round of crazy golf, particularly with only 1 ball available. Apart from these few suggestions / comments which I hope you will review, enjoyed the day and most importantly my granddaughter had a huge grin on her face when we left!!

Very clean and fantastic playground. The ice cream was nice, quite expensive but entrance and parking is free. Cafes were really reasonable and quick, friendly service. My children would have stayed in the sand and water play all day if they could! Get there early to beat the crowds and queues for ice cream.

Great for the kids but when they say they are only letting in a limited number of people in, I don't think they are. We arrived around 1pm and it wasn't too bad. By 3pm you could not move or get on any of the activities. There must have been over 60 people queuing for ice cream and there was no social distancing at all. Ended up leaving early and going through the drive through for ice cream. And there must have been 50-60 outside waiting to get in!

I'm still rating it at 4 stars as if it wasn't for selfish people not following guidelines this would have been great, and the ice cream is amazing!! Try and go when it's quiet, but in this new world where companies are trying to claw back their losses I don't know when this would be.

Brilliant day out for the kids. If you have limited funds it is possible to just do the free stuff. Very busy since it has been extended but it can cope with the increase in numbers, works all weathers however practically all the free activity is outside.

Great day out but end up spending quite alot as some things are now 4.50 per child (air pillow and rocky cars) which I feel is little steep for what they are especially when got two or more children.

Great for our 3 kids aged 7 and under. Good selection of things to do in the free open space. Sand and water play was good for an hour or so but change of trousers recommended. Diggers were disappointing, nothing like the same value for money as the sand and water play. Food was good but a bit overpriced. Teddy cones for kids ice cream make it reasonable value.

Great place for the kids food reasonably price, customer service excellent. The Q for ice cream can get ridiculous but weLL worth it and you can see staff are working as fast as they can. A place we will go to for years to come.

I used to love the Ice Cream Farm and would visit regularly but unfortunately, it's been totally ruined in the last few years since it turned into a theme park for small children. I've been 3 or 4 times since the big change and it's always far too busy. The last time we couldn't even get near to buy an ice cream. Everyone I've taken along has said how tacky and horrible it is now. It would be nice if they catered for adults as children aren't the only ones who like ice cream but it seems to be about making as much money as possible these days. After 25 years of custom I won't be back unfortunately.

A great day out for all the family with lots of fun things to do. The indoor sand and water play is great even on rainy days just bring a towel and spare clothes. The soft play is great too

Great for kids of all ages! Lots to do on a sunny day, even stuff inside if the weather isn't great. Soft play is ok and is split for ages groups. Queues for ice cream were about 45 mins long..
