I visited with my family. Lovely place. The best...
I visited with my family. Lovely place. The best ice cream. The scoops used to be larger, though!

What a lovely place.
Something to do with kids of all ages. Very impressed with how new and clean it was. Good parking, lovely food, great activities including a great indoor area for rainy days. Well done - very impressed.
Great place for the kids and the adults. Food is yummy too.
Lovely day with the children my youngest loved it tgat much she wants her birthday party there unfortunately we live to far away for that to be possible, will defo return when all indoor areas reopen x suitable for 9 and under very safe.
Good for kids but take plenty of money free to get in but you'll spend a fortune on the activities
Nice place and great ice cream, but very popular at the weekends
It was really really crowded! I think there are to many coach parties in, if you are not part of one it's horrendous. I would check before you go! I think right now it's fine for under six but not much for over that! And where are the diggers? That's what my seven and nine year old went for! The wait for ice cream is awful, you really need to get more staff, long cues with hot tired children is not on! Why give any stars you may ask? Well the youngsters who seem to run the place saved the day, polite and cheerful!
Excellent ice cream. Gets very busy on weekends in summer.
Of course it gets busy in the holidays but this was a total hit with our near 3 year old. Plenty to do for older children too.and the food went down well at lunch. Of course the ice cream is amazing too and you can take some flavours home for a treat later. My only gripe is the same as all other similar places; parents who fail to understand the concept of parental supervision and teaching your child to wait and to share. Elbows and sulky faces....from the parents!! One girl even clambered over other kids, stepping on hands and all her mother could say was for her to hurry up. Charming! Like rats, these folk breed more than most and try to ruin it for others.
Our second visit here.
Can t fault it, kids loved the choice of play and activities. Bought them a play pass and didn t use it up so will be returning.
Food was lovely and ice cream was amazing, fabulous family day out!!
Great day out, can't say anything bad, lots do do. The facilities are good and the ice cream is amazing.
Quite a few attractions were closed as early season and not many staff. Kids loved it though
Nice place. Great idea. Be patient on sunny days as it does get pretty packed. Good concept and i like how it works, but thought you food was on the average side and expensive. Other than that, no complaints at all and would certainly go again.
We gone on everything well not everything but we gone to ice cream farm
Well damn, this place changed a lot since I was last there. Probably better for kids than adults, but the ice cream is still great.
Magical place, only let down was the cafe, food was average... Other than that great family day out.
There is a great selection of ice creams. They are delicious. The farm is nicely decorated. There were JCBs for the kids to try on, crazy golf and soft play area etc..
Fantastic place for a family day out!
Lots to do, even with poor weather.
Lovely ice creams, food is very nice and not to pricey. There is no picnic option at all as this is a free entry farm and you only pay on each activity or you can buy a pass.
To have proper fun and time to do all you need minimum of 5 hours I would say.
Honeycomb is great, soft play ok, animal farm is nice and the whole playground is fantastic.
Parking is free.
Well signposted.
Excellent family day out with access to a fantastic kids outdoor play area for completely free. The ice cream is superb and pretty fairly priced. There are also some great add on that you can do as a family for varying charges. Well worth the journey from out of the area - we'll definitely be back again some time soon!
Sad to say this but the staff have no problem taking their sweet time serving ice creams. Stood in the Queue for 45 mins to buy an ice cream! Awful. Such a slow pace.
This place for little ones is an absolute treasure. Staff are great and very helpful.
Exceeded all expectations. Can't believe entry is free!?
The food and ice cream isn't as expensive as other reviewers say.
Great play area for children accompanied by delicious ice cream.
Great place for a family day out. Kids love this place.
Fantastic place to spend all day with your children or grandchildren, they'll love it
Since the refurb a few years ago this place has become a goldmine. Sure its completely lost the farm feel (in fact you'll struggle to see a cow) but you can while away a few hours. Just be sure you come with deep pockets!! However, to get around this look out for the half price play passes (usually go on sale at the start of the year).
As for the ice cream.....go to Snugburys
Fantastic and creative place with so much to do. Could go back there a million times and still not be bored of this place.
Love this place and obviously the kids do too! Nice food options, ice cream is amazing, and the okay facilities are fab.
Great place gutted they have got rid of the mini diggers and really crowded now. Less.than my previous review!
I was told to visit this place by a family friend, as she said it is perfect for all ages. She was so right. I came here with my husband, our 2 year old daughter and my parents. It was so refreshing to visit a lovely family run place that was SUCH value for money. No entrance fee, how often do you get that nowadays? The food in the cafe was superb and very reasonably priced. There was lots to do outside that was free of charge, as well as other activities for children that were accessible for a small charge. Our little girl absolutely loved the place, and so did us adults! Ice cream was out of this world, we had beautiful weather and there is a candle making place and the canal nearby too, so lots to do in the surrounding area. The staff were SO friendly and obliging and I think they deserve high praise. Keep up the good work and thank you for a wonderful day out.

Lovely place and brill for the kids, highly recommend
Great magical place for children to enjoy.. Ice-cream is delicious which is an nice added bonus
My great granddaughter absolutely loved it and the variety of ice cream was wonderful
Amazing place to go with all the family! My children loved it, they are 10mths and 4 years, the restaurant is extremely family friendly, high chairs available, can be very busy but the food comes out quick and is very good quality and hot!
Would highly recommend this place for an amazing family day out!
Amazing ice cream, and such a variety of things for the kids to do!
Just superb for kids, plenty to do, great playground so you don't need to spend a fortune. And the ice cream is lovely.
Fantastic place for the kids but an absolute nightmare at full capacity. We went out of season in October last year when it was quiet and it was fantastic. Popped in a few days ago on a sunny bank holiday on the way back from a weekend break and instantly regretted it. Too many people, massive queues for the ice cream and tricky to keep track of your toddlers in all the ruckus. Go off season and you'll have a great time.
Great place for the kids. Big sand and water play area, outdoor run around and the ice cream is fantastic
Too busy in the summer...otherwise a good family day out.
Free to enter with a nice play area for free. Most of the more exciting rides and things you need to pay for. You're also not allowed to take your own food. But the ice cream selection is amazing, almost every flavour you can think of.
No electric no ice cream or blow ups wasted journey
Wonderful place for the family. The free outdoor playground is fun for kids, along with the countdown until the tree erupts with bubbles. We enjoyed the cafe. The food was good and reasonably priced. My kids' favorite activity was operating a real digger...a dream come true for my son! Of course we loved the ice cream as well.
Used as a cyclist(for now), very welcoming, nice food, 10% discount and free coffee refills...obviously now going to be a regular stop on my rides!
Lovely place to chill and have a cuppa, and good selection of ice cream to from
Excellent place!!! Especially for free! There is obviously things here that do cost abit of money such as crazy golf, quads, gold mining, pony rides sand and water play area but theyre not expensive. Children would be more than happy playing in the outdoor play area with an ice cream. Could spend quite a few hours here and also visit Beeston castle on the way home if you wanted... deffo recommend.
Great for the kids, especially the younger ones, you can buy a 20 ride ticket for kids and use it over the year. The place is free to get in. You can't eat your own food or picnics here as it's free to enter. Only food consumed on site must be brought from there. Icecream selection was amazing, we had a brilliant time and the food we had was good and average priced
Great family day out with new attractions for 2019. The unseasonably warm weather for mid February brought the public in droves but the Ice Cream Farm coped well. All the activities were busy but queues moved quickly and the atmosphere was always friendly and unhurried, selling clean out of Hotdogs by 2.30 was our only disappointment to an otherwise fantastic day out.
Great place if you have young children. A bit pricey for paid for activities but can be a low cost half day out if you want it to be.
Numbers were restricted to allow for social distancing and I'd say they got it spot on. Food was nice, staff were friendly. All in all, an enjoyable experience as always
Fantastic family day out. Lots to do, very reasonable and great to enjoy different activities within 1 venue. Plus it's free to get in, so paying for extra activities, buying lunch and ice-cream still makes for a reasonable day out.
Fantastic place for kids of all ages good or bad weather will deffo visit again
Excellent perfect for under 5 year olds ..clean and very well organised a treat and a very well restaurant .
Excellent day out. Free entry and lots to do for youngsters.
Outstanding!!! You can spend as much or as little as you like here. We popped along and utilised the outdoor play area before heading for one of their delicious ice creams. It was a clear but cold day but wrapped up warm the play area was perfect and our little girl loved it. A really well thought out venue serving delicious ice cream that gets a big thumbs up from us.
Great place for a day out with loads of things to do for the kids! The play passes are great value if you plan to go there more often and the ice cream is certainly something one should try! As a souvenir you can even bring a tub of ice cream home.
Spoilt it :-( remembered when it was a small proper farm, when you could watch the cows being milked. Now its hugh and commercialised. If you've got baby- 7 yr olds this is a typical day out for you,but not for 11yrs +
Brilliant day spent here with the grandchildren. So much to see and do. Loved the water play area. A fantastic facility for families and plenty of parking room.
Good fun. Very busy when we visited but still got on everything. Ice cream a bit expensive but was delicious.
