Villarosa Kempinski Hotel, Nairobi Review

Wooow.....just woooow. I am speechless. Seeing is believing so save your money right & make an effort you take yourself there. No regrets. Cool vibes for a romantic date.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at. The staff was incredibly helpful and professional. There are several themed restaurants to choose from all with delicious food. Just a few minutes from downtown and walking distance to several restaurants as well. It's a great choice.

It was an amazing experience. The Sunday brunch at the Lucca Restaurant was so awesome, the band was on point, lovely music delivered so smoothly. Thanks to the managers Mercy and Grace for helping my husband deliver the surprise gift on my birthday . Creativity at its best. I'd definitely recommend anyone who wants to throw a surprise party for their loved ones to get in touch with them. Sunday brunch again and again.

One of the best 5 star hotels. Great service and amenities.

My stay at Kempinski was horrible. After 20 hrs of travel, we stayed here for two nights. On second night, around 2 AM hammering noise started. Somebody was putting nails on walls. Then noise of heavy metal rolling on the floor started. 2AM at night when guests were sleeping!!! I called the front desk, they took half an hour to figure it out until then noise was constant. Hardly sleep after that.
Somebody in the management has no sense at all to approve any work at night that cause so much trouble for guests.

The tea experience was not as exciting or with as much variety as advertised. But the staff were pleasant and helpful.

World class service Cool place .Your guys were brilliant. Pure dead brilliant as we say in Glasgow! They worked non stop from 7am to 8pm; when I asked if there were any problems they answered 'there are no problems, only solutions'; and they left the place spotless. We were incredibly impressed.

The hotel definitely deserves it s 5star status. We had a 2day conference here and the facilities were so amazing. The hotel is extremely clean, all the staff members from the guards to the waitresses to the managers were all extremely friendly and professional. The buffet is the reason why I ll be visiting them again soon, it had a variety, was very yummy and prepared very well. They house different restaurants so you can choose where to eat, they also have a pool, spa and business center. They should work on the mosquitoes because these were a nuisance.

To the people who want to go there in vacations I suggest you rather sit down in a dark room the whole DAY!!!!
