Lovely hotel well located in a quaint town. Minutes from the river and a myriad of decent bars and restaurants. Good sized shopping centre located opposite. Parking close by and not too far from roads out of town. Rooms are cosy and warm with decent wifi throughout. Good facilities in the room too! Staff were friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again if ever revisiting.

Staff are excellent, friendly & helpful, location is perfect, right in middle of town. Breakfast was perfect, fully self service but the food was super, plenty of choice. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel again & again.

Rooms and corridors had a very strong smell of paint/chemicals. The reception were very helpful and moved us to a different room but the issue remained. Unfortunately got charged twice by Expedia and the hotel upon arrival. Hotel tried for 2 weeks to resolve through Expedia but eventually refunded the fee they took on arrival.

Hotel located right in the center from where you can visit the entire city of Sligo.
Hotel has a private parking available for a limited number of cars
The hotel is very clean and has free and high-performance WiFi
The rooms are spacious with a large bathroom and look well soundproofed.
The price seemed a little high.
Hotel also has a restaurant where in the morning it is possible to have exclusively British breakfast.

Nice hotel central location room was cold on arrival but quickly rectified once staff informed. Very nice hearty breakfast good selection in buffet style. Was given room in eaves which was very small and definitely no room to move in tiny bathroom. Felt overpriced for what was offered.

The reception staff was lovely and helpful when the toilet did not flush in the guest room. I think the hotel is perfect for groups since the non flushing toilet room had 3 beds in it. Great location in downtown

My wife and I arrived a bit early at the hotel, looking like a couple of vagrants with our backpacks as we approached the front desk under the condescending looks of other guests who were lounging about in the lobby. I had booked our room on-line through a search site and ended up with a room with two single beds. I joked with Yvonne at the front counter about booking single beds for us, and that now my wife and I were getting along better, might there be a chance we could change our room to a double bed? Yvonne, with a twinkle in her eye told me to hold on for a minute while she checked. She picked up the phone and after a short conversation with housekeeping informed us she was upgrading us...............to a suite. After staying in a variety of places for the past three weeks, this was a little piece of heaven!

Very nice hotel in a great location. Nice spacious bedrooms in this 3 star hotel. Buffet breakfast was good too but arrive early as I would always recommend with buffet breakfast. The only negative point I have is that the car park itself was small and was full when we arrived at 6pm. Nonetheless there is another car park beside it in the Glass House hotel that is only 3 for the duration of the stay in the car park but since this recommends excellent value it does also fill up quickly.

Repeat Visit, close to other bars restaurants and shopping. This small hotel has a very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was spotless and prestine with a huge and comfortable bed. Some of the management staff however need a little more quest skills and no need to be condescending. Otherwise I would give it 5 .

Reserved room was not what I paid for
Pros: The rooms are tidy and clean.
Cons: Paying a higher price for a full (double) bed, only to realize it's 2 single beds combined. Breakfast was not available because the cook did not show up and there was no replacement. Noise from corridors is heard pretty loud in the rooms.

A quite bland hotel. It looks dated. The place does nothing wrong but leaves you with the feeling of "Meh" It is in a good location near to the shops and has its own tiny little car park round the back.

For a three star hotel with limited amenities I think it is very basic...130 room only per night ....second time staying here in two weeks for work...freezing bedroom had to use extra covers from spare bed...foyer and bar are freezing as well..and I don t feel the cold!!...never known a hotel to be so cold..friend said same...ate in bar...basic but just edible...went to foyer cos bar was so cold but that was no better....no atmosphere in bar place you would eat and leave...staff are lovely...really uncomfortable stay ...would I stay again....no ...only came back as neighboring hotel was booked out and would look at alternative accommodation in the future

Good welcome. The rooms are ok. The beds are single beds, inconvenient for couples.
However, a little flat on the evening meal. The burger is not really good. But Irish chicken is a delight.

Good hotel, breakfast a bit expensive if not included in the reservation, menu similar to other hotels, some problems with facilities ... like some windows that you can't open or doors that don't open

Central location in the small town of Sligo with free parking available, best if requested when booking.
Clean and well-kept rooms with separate beds.
Breakfast not included like many other hotels in Ireland.
Low prices and very professional and helpful staff.
The restaurant on the ground floor is also good.

First off, they have their own car park, which is amazing in any city center. Just needed to be buzzed in at the intercom. The staff was super helpful even though the wifi was spotty. The hotel is within walking distance of several sights, including the Yeats Memorial Building, Sligo Abbey, and Sligo Cathedral. I loved this place.

My sister and I booked in on the 31/03/'17 for one night and we will never do so again. Our twin room was like a sauna when we arrived, it was the smallest room for two we were ever in (Room 115), the tv didn't work right, the net curtains fell off when pulled. We are not ones to complain so put up with it but did mention it at reception when checking out but only got a 'You should have told us about the telly'.Good location but bad value for 99 euro .
