My stay at Kempinski was horrible. After 20 hrs of travel, we stayed here for two nights. On second night, around 2 AM hammering noise started. Somebody was putting nails on walls. Then noise of heavy metal rolling on the floor started. 2AM at night when guests were sleeping!!! I called the front desk, they took half an hour to figure it out until then noise was constant. Hardly sleep after that.
Somebody in the management has no sense at all to approve any work at night that cause so much trouble for guests.
