I am a long term customer with Village Auction. I have had a superb experience. Jim has always been fair with my business and is helpful and engaging. I have not had any problems with the Auction and I have been attending auctions of his for 15 years. It is always a good experience.

Bought a rifle at an estate auction, they said I couldn t take it with me because they needed to do a background check. It has been 2- weeks and didn t hear anything, now they will not return calls. I don t recommend buying firearms at their auction.
First, address of the pickup was confusing, and I called to confirm. Using the address given, I was lost, driving in circles for an hour. I only found the pickup by chance, when I happened to see the Village Auction pickup parked on the street. No signage, etc. I purchased several items, but in particular a set of China, only one picture on the auction site, labeled on the auction as one maker, and clearly marked as a totally different one. I would suggest more pictures of what is being auctioned. Poor experience for sure.
