The villas look good from outside only, the beds are very hard, no towel rods, all lights don't work around the villa. The swimming pool from balcony is only for the restaurant. If we book villas we need to go to restaurant for the swimming pool.

Pure Vegetarian weekend resort, swimming pool, games :)

Room and swimming pool is clean and nice. Very few sports equipments are there. Outdoor activities are not maintained well. Large foosball/cricket ground is there. Food is also good, but only veg is there.

One of my most memorable stay in this resort..the rooms were simply splendid..we stayed there for only 1 day..but when we checked out , we felt like staying there for another day..food is not that much expensive but the taste is really good..

This place is amazing. It has the best location, great restaurant, beautiful pools and most relaxing environment! The food is great and the menu gives a lot of delicious surprises. The staff are professional. Fast and reliable response because we are deaf. Excellent helpful staff! We will be back again....!

The worst customer service..Ppl are not polite..swimming poll was not maintained.. You need to pay 100% before check in and for every service we need to beg them. Over priced.. Completely not worth

The first feature which drew my attention was their customer service. I had gone to book an event for my client and it was such an easy
walk through of the venue and the food. The place is absolutely cozy and well maintained.
I will return here recommending more clients to stay and also do their corporate event or wedding.

Its over all a very beautiful place with good situation also. But MOST OF THE ADVENTURE GAMES ARE DAMAGED. There is not so much of adventure left thefe but still anyways its a good place. Some thing are broken as well as damaged.

Best for relaxing . Good ambience . Good food . Paintball was amazing . Go-cart was good . The game of chess was totally different with all coins of 1 feet high .More than than all vegetarians can head here comfortably since it is purely % veg .

Bad air condition and room and very bad the pool aren t clean there insects in the pool worst part the activities which are mentioned on the website are not available so we had nothing do worst experience

Good weekend stay resort..fun activities shown in their websites were under maintenance during my stay. Friendly staff and good buffet ranges..well maintained swimming pool..good venue for family get together and corporate outing.

Beautiful beach resort.. We checked in on 1st Jan with family for 1 night and booked 2 rooms. Room size bug with all amenities and comfortable king fittings. Both room and bathroom very neat and clean. Good swimming pool and play area for children. Good breakfast.

A very good place to week end stay with family and friends.

This is a great place for groups and large families. The place has an attached swimming pool running all around the rooms accessible directly from the room. Property had 23 rooms supposedly with serving only Vegetarian/ jain food. They have all kinds of gaming area for groups (outdoor and indoor) made to keep you occupied throughout the stay. The manager of the property behaves a little lethargic and sometimes unruly but for the rest all is good. Below is the model house picture of the rooms. The pool is not more than 2.5 to 3 ft for sure and comfortable for kids above 10yrs old. The pool does not have a lifeguard on site so parents kindly supervise your kutties.

Clean and tidy rooms. Swimming pool access to all rooms. Food also is great. Best place to visit for Friends/Family get-together.

The Village Retreat is a very beautiful resort with great amenities. Each room directly opens to the pool. The food is fantastic, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Good place for a quite weekend and nice dip in the pool

Stayed at one of their rooms and it was beautiful. The rooms were clean. The view to the pool and easy access to it was a unique experience. The resort is situated in a peaceful and quite place. Room service was also good and responsive. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Food was the best.

Good resort for a day trip. Excellent veg food. A deal breaker if you are looking for sea food. Good pool. Quality of rooms were a let down. Although they are renovating rooms.

I never written review but I had the experience worse so I thought of writtin , rooms smells like rat ,,,,, swim pool smells like toilet and water is not at all claen u will find lots of mosquito s in room to have fun ,. Food is not that mark ,,, not at all fun place ,,, the only plus ponit is that u have group u can play cricket and football it's free beside all game is charged ,,, . Think better for ur trip ,,,

Excellent Resort in ECR
Rooms are good and spacious. very neat. great value for money. At one point, this used to be amongst the best in the city And, i like the resort. Generally speaking I found it every time perfect starting from the room, the staff, the food. I will stay at the hotel again on my next business trip.

Need more greenery. Fun games area's need to be maintained well.

place , good customer care services and best swimming pool.

My official trip to ECR and I stayed here for two nights. I chose here to stay according to my budget.
During my stay I seen staff are kind and good service. Swimming pool was larger and clean. Rooms and food are at affordable price . this is the best resort in ECR. I do recommend here for quality stay.

Stay was pleasant rooms were clean and neat service was good . Pool was nice . They even upgraded our stay and we had pleasant stay. Children enjoyed it would like to come back again would also strong recommended to others overall a very good experience..

Resorts in ECR.

Nice resort, with direct access to swimming pool from rooms, lots of adventure activities on demand, etc. Bit short in the cleanliness front, but had a great time.

When you approach this resort you are not sure what you will find! Everything is enormous!
The setting is ultra modern and impressive The bedrooms surround with huge swimming pool which was lovely after a long day sight seeing. All of these aspect would have already justified a 5-star rating. But where this resort really shined is the service. All staff members were eager to help and read every wish from your eyes (literally).

We had dinner here. Food was great. Veg rice and noodles were extremely good. Loved it.

Honest Review :

Location-wise, 10 mins away from Mahabalipuram. The street road to the resort is very bad.
Lookwise and Facilities wise everything is there, we received welcome drink.

Pros :
> Rooms are cosy and neat, restroom as well.
> Biggest Plus is the attached Pool, although its a common pool, its adjacent to the rooms, thus giving a private pool feeeling, no restrictions and timings for this
> Veg-Food is excellent, you will love all
> Volley-Ball Court / Mega Chess Board Game

Cons :
Outdoor Games have seperate price, i.e. ATV, PaintBall
Indoor Games, No Table Tennis bats were provided, despite there being a table, Carrom Boards are low quality

Overall Verdict : Charged 1500 per head, but got a feeling that we had good lunch and played in pool, apart from that, nothing much,
Outdoor Games / Indoor Games - must NOT be charged seperately, this should have been included in the day package, which would make this an excellent deal, hope they see this review and consider this POINT

We have been there before a day for a stay and lunch. Room was clean and need. Food is awesome had lot of variety. Huge swimming pool with clear water. Lot of play area for kids as well as big people too. Had a pleasant day there with my family.

It's 57km from old perungalathur, better to go via vandalur - kelambakkam road, kovalam route was better. It's a unique pool which is kind of closed circuit. Only people booked room can get in the swimming pool. Nice to see such an unique place. Food for veg is fine but we have spend much time, so missed few list. Very good staff and friendly response. Most important issue is no equipment are working condition but if you're looking for peace of mind during weekend. It's the right place. It's not friendly place to drink and mostly anti smoke but can do in incognito mode.
