Accommodation not terrible at all yet booked with the cgos of my work. Very old, lack of light, dirty mobihome mattresses next to the very noisy road, not to mention the neighbors (single-family house celebrating until 3 am) curtain with moth holes.

The restaurant is very receptive in terms of listening to customers because it did not have a product and the next day they remedied it. Too bad on the other hand that the armchairs in rattan immitation is damaged (I left my vest) too bad that the pool bar is not over operated.
In the meantime Enzo and Noa will keep an exceptional memory of the animators who managed to make them participate in everything! They are so cautious in other more or less starry campsites. Just the entertainers are worth 5 stars

A very nice campsite with beautiful places in an excellent location. The pool is also very beautiful. The only reason it is only 3 stars is because of the noise from motorcyclists on the campsite. Both the engines make a lot of noise and the people themselves. There was still loud talk at 3 o'clock in the morning.

Good memory but .... Very good for animation because very good animators. But 2 times there was no child club because flooding the room after a storm. The location was small and too much sun especially being in the south! The pool with the slides was cold, but the one for the wellness was very good. Good advice for visiting the region.

I recommend this campsite. Nice and clean location, easy accessibility.
Very correct campsite in Bidart. It has good facilities, well equipped and clean. We stayed in a mobile home that did its job very well for the two nights we stayed. Everything very clean. Near the center of town since you can walk for a walk and close to other nearby towns.
The only drawbacks is that it has a supermarket but it is very small and they barely had food to buy (possibly because we went in June and the high season months for them are July and August). And the other is that most of the reception and maintenance staff do not know Spanish, but they are very friendly.

positive points: shaded campsite, the paths are well maintained, parking space next to the mobile home. The campsite is well located, the center of Bidart is easily accessible on foot. The market has a lot of local producers.
bridges to improve: the blankets provided in the accommodation never seem to be cleaned, we did not dare to use them. The washing machines do not wash, the laundry comes out just as dirty. At night, surveillance should be improved in order to reduce noise pollution by campers who disrespect the calm that everyone can claim. The outdoor pool should be heated, some days the water was really cold, it was difficult to swim in it, suddenly, everyone went to the relaxation area which was no longer one because the children were jumping and shout.

We stayed for 16 days on the campsite on a pitch for a tent ... and the unpleasant surprises were disappointed ...
We have already been close to the very busy road day and night even the trash cans at 6am and not to mention the hedge trimmer at 7am ... but not specified on the campsite map and neither when we made our reservation ...
Installed the tent sardines have emerged from an Olympic test so hard and stony the ground ... and without the slightest shade ...
Then in the evening, the lamppost on our site which lit very strongly to the point where we were in broad daylight in the tent at night with an 11 month old baby ... I let you imagine ... we nevertheless asked several times to karim the manager to do the necessary, just remove the bulb to ensure our comfort he did nothing nor inform us elsewhere ... we learned by asking the technicians who had never been informed of the problem ... and them confirmed who could do something if karim allowed ...
The internal regulations are not respected ... that indicates the circulation of cars until 11 p.m. they authorize it until 11:30 p.m. and even some evenings ... until past midnight ...
The security goes at midnight to ask us during an evening with our neighboring pitches to make as little noise as possible and karim (the manager) makes him party in the mobile home glued to the tent pitches until 4am in the morning with 2 nenettes with very loud laughter and we said nothing ... in the morning he did not even apologize to these customers ...
My only positive point that I would retain are the animators! In the top !!

Location too small for what we requested. Does not take into account the information we had given during our reservation. Welcome quickly dispatched, no presentation of the electrical installation = it's up to you. Lighting on all night. Zero sound peace = too noisy holidaymakers until no time. Nearly empty mini-market, little choice and expensive. Lack of sanitation maintenance on weekends. All in all, it's expensive to pay. Too bad, because the campsite is well located for the beach and the beautiful towns of Bayonne and Biarritz.
I highly recommend We spent 10 wonderful days in a beautiful region. The campsite is top notch and the whole team too. We will come back without hesitation

The toilets are clean and the toilets have paper. The showers are hot. Very nice swimming pool with a balneotherapy area (this is a plus included in the daily rate). FYI, Saturday morning small market in downtown Bidart with excellent local products. Possibility to travel by bus (stop at the exit of the campsite) to go to Bayonne (1 ).
