Summer. Very nice stay and in a very good situation to visit many places at very little time

Several trips a year and for years ... but never in July or August.

What a disappointment, what lack of professionalism on the part of the management, what inability to solve simple problems such as the noise of neighbors! Despite the multiple complaints of our other neighbors we had to revive the direction on many occasions and insist jointly with other sites that finally someone to ask the troublemakers to calm down ... The director was supposed to go but we never saw him ... He preferred to wait and send the night supervisor while the first complaints were reported in the morning and even the day before. A 4 stars ?! Well apart from the location of the campsite and some staff I do not see what to keep ...

63 euros for passing cyclists (2 adults, 2 children aged 6 and 8, without electricity), announced cheaper by 10 euros over the phone. The smallest campsite out of our last 15 and the most expensive. Saturated toilets that end up in a bad state at the end of the day. What maybe is normal, all the customers even those who just come to the swimming pool pass there. These sanitures are very far from the sites, provide a trailer to go do the dishes. At 3 times cheaper we have experienced better services. I'm not sure the location is worth the price. Ouch!

Stay in September.Situation of the ideal campsite in the Basque country.the mobile home was great and all facilities, everything was very clean and in perfect condition (pool, sanitary etc). Staff was very available and nothing to worry about. Particular mention to the waitress of the restaurant whose smile and kindness are enough to put in a very good mood (not so common at the end of the season).
Hate to be next year and this time for a longer stay.

Beautiful weekend. We rented a mobile home for the three of us and our dog. The price is a bit high for what the campsite offers, but it makes up for how good we have been. The pool area very good, small but easy camping and close to wonderful areas. Friendly staff.
There is no entertainment on the weekend. Very clean and with utensils for our comfort.

Super comfortable mobile home, great 160 bed. The only downside is the opposite with the other rentals .. that's why we prefer to come out of season.

The campsite is very quiet, and very clean: there is always staff to circulate to maintain the camp.

The pool is very nice, with a big flaw: there is a lot of sunbeds available, but a lot of people.
As a result, people come there at the opening, at 10am, to put their towel on a deckchair, and leave.
By coming just in the afternoon, you are standing up! Not enough room ... It's a shame.

Then the bar: a bar near the pool, which offers a lot of things (drink, chips, ice cream, sandwich, etc ...). But which unfortunately closes soon enough. Suddenly, impossible to drink a shot at night.

Family camping: suddenly, in the evening, no entertainment (or games), and everyone sleeps early! For a 4 star, it's a shame to be forced to take the car to go elsewhere. Even if Bidart is close (a little over a km), the road is difficult to walk.

The beach: not very far, about 1.5 km, but between the slopes and the sun, not easy to do on foot.
But there is a free shuttle: a mini bus a few places, which does not allow to take everyone ....
So when we did it once, we dropped it then.

Other than that, the stay was very nice at Sunelia Berrua.

The service can be improved We find a very disorganized campsite in the allocation of plots. Also the sinks and toilets were very dirty on a regular basis. One sink was completely dirty for more than 1 day. Broken sinks without indication. Closed bathrooms ...
The pool was very irritating to the eyes, so the water was not well maintained with chlorine.

It was the first time camping with my wife and children, it may be the last. Above the non-existent reception, the inventory: heated swimming pool and hammam existing only on the contract, pool area of around 70m2 for a 250-pitch campsite, children's play area = 2 fitness items stored in a corner not sheltered from the rain, no covered play area for children (which should not be left lying around alone ...), ridiculous entertainment, games room closed all the time, mobile home tight against each other, housing taxes which is not included in the reservation, the price of which is equivalent to a stay in Spain for example ...
In short, fortunately, the mobile home was clean despite a few overnight visitors (cockroach) and well equipped.
Even for free, we would definitely not come back. For the comments below, I don't know who wrote them, but at the campsite people cut their stay short so they are disappointed.

Very warm welcome at the office, pleasant staff. Renting a mobile home, to properly drain the water from the shower, remove the drain and the shower gaskets are "orange". The dish rack is not clean and there is no air conditioning. Saturday September 5, children, people = noisy campsite. Sunday calmer.

Quiet vacation. Welcoming and pleasant staff. The kids loved the pools and slides.

As for the room, there is a side of the bed where you could walk sideways so the space was small, which did not make it easier if you needed to get up at night.
As for the garage of the car, the wheels sank if there was too much rain. This was not our case, but the traces on the ground said so.

Swimming pool very well, friendly animation team ....
But a lot of noise nuisance from other campers, we complained several times with always the same answer "the boss arrives" but the boss does nothing. We are awake at 3-4am. And when we want to rest the day, it starts again.
It's a shame because the place is nice.

Overbooking in a pool without absolute control and at night there is no security to call the attention of disrespectful campers We have enjoyed the luxe 3 chmb, a wonder of bungalow and garden, but we have suffered annoying disrespectful neighbors and nobody has called them to order, later than 11pm. And there is no control in the pool where people enter without a bracelet, bad behavior, bothering with boats and floats, in bad manners on the slides, throwing themselves clothes into the pool and THERE HAS BEEN NO RESPONSIBLE WHO HAS CALLED THEM ATTENTION. A shame, because situations like this, wanting to have a quiet stay, make us decide not to return. A greeting.

The campsite is clean and pleasant but the pool area is deceiving in the photo because of its size. It is much smaller than it appears. The pool is very crowded, it seems that people from outside the campsite are coming in and the spa area is little respected. The best the bar area near the pool is very good. The playground is also very good. The house is very clean and pleasant. This is fine but some aspects could be improved.

Family campsite but poor catering service 2h30 for 5 pizzas and still not ready unacceptable. Bar wait 10 min for 3 customers at noon at the restaurant leaves much to be desired.

We are as usual crossing before descending to Spain in this campsite, which has the welcome without a doubt, the best to our knowledge. There is for children and even adults a base of recreation at the top. The most complete services. We recommend with eyes closed this beautiful campsite.

Good campsite. The campsite is pretty quiet, with outdoor pool (unheated) and a covered relaxation area. Too bad the indoor pool / relaxation area is not a pool a little larger to swim. The only pool of "swimming" is not heated it's a shame because in June the days are not hot enough for the water to have a pleasant temperature. I find it annoying that there is only a small fence and shrub that we "hide" from the router that we are installed on the deck chairs have little see the road and cars pass which means that cars can see us too. The mobile home Riviera riviera is very good is large enough, just a pity that the kitchen window does not open its will avoid lighting the high which is very noisy, the semi covered terrace of the mobile home is a good size , the garden furniture is very convenient because the chairs slide under the table, the more the two deckchairs available on the terrace of the mobile home. The bread service is very convenient to avoid taking the car .. The weekend there is a lot of Spanish who are still very respectful of life in community. When I stayed there in June several cars and motorbikes were going to circulate between 11pm and 7am when normally the traffic is forbidden in the campsite during these hours. The mobile homes are still strong porches of each other. The campsite is ideally located for many beautiful walks. The staff at the campsite is welcoming and friendly.

A very good stay !. We had a very good week: perfect playground for children, swimming pool with slide and very nice fitness area (water just a little cool ...), perfect chalet and all that in a dream setting between the mountains and the sea!!!
In short, we loved this family vacation.

Hello . We arrived on Sunday with a welcome to rename the hostesses know their work perfectly. But when we arrived in the mobile home, the trouble began with no hot water.
the interior Is cleaning pass ?? Greasy windows, black ventilation grilles .. our bed on the verge of falling, our feet worn out well ... we asked for a change to achieve our arrival at the second mobile home we cannot park our car a hedge blocking access .. the kitchen mixer tap breaking and leaking .. the floor inside catastrophic .. the curtains damaging .. Concerning the services a playful air with roots coming out from underground my daughter fell more than once. Our terrace shamefully not clean. And the kitchen table fills it with traces of coffee cups .. forcing the entire mobile home to be cleaned before installation ... We are leaving a day earlier .. it's shameful to see her .. .I do not recommend this campsite !!!

Excellent run, well equipped campsite in Bidart. Approximately 500m to the center. Good bathing area with indoor pool and whirlpool. Large pitches. Supermarket. Restaurant. Playground. Football field.

Generally acceptable, we had an old but correct bungalow, noisy because it was in front of the children's play area. To me it seems for the price you pay, which is like a hotel, you are actually paying for a great pool because then it is a camping with camping services, I mean, the sheets and towels you put on. Yes, children have a great time.

Fair The bungalow needs some maintenance on some things. Also, the terrain around it is ridiculous. Just to leave the car. They give you 2 hammocks, but you have no place to put them. It is seen that all the space is used to put the largest possible number of accommodations, forgetting the comfort of those who occupy them.
Too many people in the pools. No security measures against COVID-19.
There are much better options around for this price.
