Very pleasant campsite with a beautiful water park. The staff are very friendly and professional, the prestige chalet was top notch, the campsite is well maintained.

Despite our request to reserve a quiet location as in previous years, the management installed us just behind the entertainment. The worst part is that they changed the location to us to settle in a more "calm" area where they had installed 3 mobile homes with only young people who do not sleep before 3am! He Ho ! The management will not teach you your job but families will be installed in quiet areas and young people on the opposite! Too bad for you all the families of this area will not come back, will hope for you that the 3 mobile homes will be faithful next year ....

The campsite is great, security is present and nice. The very well equipped mobile homes.
On the other hand, the waitresses of the restaurant imbued with herself, do not know how to take orders, speak badly at the first words. This is unacceptable
The lady who cooks on the other hand is very kind and helpful

Nice, but if you want to shower at 23:45 forget, close the showers until the next day in the morning

Very nice campsite, but do not expect to enjoy the space "zen" of the pool which is occupied mainly by children very very noisy!

The campsite is very nice and quiet. This year was less good because the managers and teams were not as nice and family-friendly as the year before. Heated pool but heating down and sauna that did not work.

Too expensive for the area and the low benefits of the mobile home. Put high wind and security barriers to everyone! no glasses on foot, drinking wine in water glasses is not very frenchy! Dirty pool and small slide. Defeat the multisport field. Very nice animations for big and small. Sanitary and clean laundry. Restaurant good and hearty. More a 3 star than 4.

We had a great holiday from 07.19 to 26.7 with great weather. Super clean campsite, with staff available, entertainment for all ages. than covid19, we have ruled out activities for young and old. The only downside is the annoyance of noise pollution after the authorized hours of the neighboring campsite. Good continuation for the continuation of the holiday makers.

An uncomfortable first impression because our mobile home was right next to the place where there were evenings but after a change of mobile home fast (30 minutes) camping was very good! Just sometimes the rule of under 18 in the morning in the heated pool area that is not always respected.

Disappointed with our stay. The restaurant staff is not developed, the menu is not known (it's the start of the season) the desserts are expensive, the price is equivalent to a dessert by the sea!
The pool table is out of order, the games room ... there is only one table football, the place lacks decoration, it is disappointing for a 4 *

The mobile homes are very close to each other, the aisles are narrow.
The +, the pool is nice and clean, the reception staff very welcoming and the entertainment manager is also very nice.
The stay remains average. It's a shame for a Sunelia

Very pleasant stay within the campsite, everything is at the top of the reception until the animation while passing by the restoration. Thank you to the campsite team for these holidays !!

3rd stay here, everything went very well. The staff is very friendly and efficient. We are coming back this summer.

Too small place for too expensive mobilhome. For 1400 euro it was a ridiculous small spot and no space around it at all..only fully booked places around and no privacy. First evening a lot of noise of the music and no French fried at the restaurant and very unfriendly people there

Camping especially for young parents, our teens are bored, no activity for them.Every quiet early. At 23h, nothing more open. Covers fire at midnight. The whole camping team is however nice and warm. Special mention to Titouan, Fredo, Nadia and Bruno.
The water park is very nice and the relaxation area (perhaps more rigor on the regulation of this space would be welcome).

Negative point:
- cleanliness and hygiene of sanitary blocks to be reviewed
- at the level of the showers of the squeegees for the ground will be a + because of the hairs of .... Or hair is not pleasant.
- canvas or caravan site dangerous with small child because walled more than a meter high separates the aisles (risk of falling)
- Reception of the restaurant to see again not very pleasant even when there is nobody.

Positive :
- welcoming all the teams
- the swimming pool, its slide and cool lifeguards
- super welcoming pool side bar
- nice landscape and beach not very far

Nice stay to visit the surroundings and its region very good gastronomy and the beaches are very beautiful

Nice and very sported campsite. The aquatic area is very good but it should be respected that the well-being area is forbidden to unaccompanied under-16s. The bar restaurant is only open at meal times so I do not call it a bar ... The parking is very good for some mobile homes.

Mediocre stay The front desk person does not care about complaints, there was a car parked on our plot and after complaining several times they did nothing and we ran out of space all our stay. And when we complained when we left we did not receive a good treatment.

And that's why we came back this year Kenny the teen animator is at the top with young people but no jealousy others are good too! the location is very nice and the reception is very friendly and warm that ask for more?

This campsite left me with a mixed impression. It has some assets ..... Well placed on the Basque coast, this campsite is clean and neat but lacks a little charm. The sanitary are a bit old (we had a hot water failure elsewhere), the pool is ok but a little small. The campsite is also a bit noisy (young people are partying) but the guardian is efficient. In short a campsite ok but nothing more.

Good welcome. Nice place. Large pool with 3 pools including 1 covered. Near the city center of Bidart and beach. Bus shuttle service in place for the season. Good restaurant with seasonal groceries. Pool supervised by state graduates. Swimming lessons insured by MNS.

Swimming pool closed in the morning for children is not good for me.

We stayed on a bare pitch. Very small site and limited room for maneuver to leave the site with the vehicle because it is a small wall on the other side of the driveway ... In addition, we were cut off the electricity one morning in order to connect us to a another terminal because the terminal where we were connected was saturated, except that it was obviously complicated and then we were asked to contact the reception in order to have an adapter ... Nice at 8:30 am! Long live the holidays ...! Location far from sanitary facilities.
2h30 of waiting to get our pizzas ... But they were good, that's it already ...
That said, the entertainment is positive and the Pool and Relaxation Area is very pleasant.
The sanitary facilities are very clean and the pressure and temperature of the shower are very correct.
A bit expensive campsite, but the spaces and layout of the campsite are pleasant.
Not to mention the magnificent vehicle parked near the reception! Which can justify everything ...

Ate well. But it lacks a good organization for the service: first come last served. Well, maybe it was the wrong day.

We stayed at Le Berrua campsite in Bidart and we were delighted. The staff are welcoming, helpful and very helpful.
We appreciated the services offered, including the heated swimming pool and jacuzzi, ideal for relaxing.
Children have plenty of equipment to have fun, the slides are a plus.
Its proximity to Biarritz, St Jean de Luz and the other sites give it a perfect location.

We appreciated the cleanliness of the campsite and the mobile home. Very well equipped.

We highly recommend.

Very good campsite with a warm welcome, admittedly a bit high price but the service is up to par.
However small downside the sockets are too far from some locations.

Hello hello, a pleasant campsite with a maintained and clean environment. We arrived after confinement 1st week of opening. A distribution organization of mobile homes to review, many are concentrated in the same place. When there are few people. So noisy environment. No security at night c door open to all windows. And if I had not asked for an emergency number either .. An operational and efficient technical team if we give them the info. Some updates to do before this opening. Mobilhome loggia 2 spacious bedrooms with lots of storage. 14th barbecue rental without coals per week. Small schedule of activities quite rich but on the application they do not say the prices in supplement. Pleasant welcome. It still lacks a bit of responsiveness. The little extra of this campsite. The balneo pool in the off-season period at its best. In high season certainly a little narrow. The slides lit every second time. And the restaurant killed a pleasant and smiling owner ... I put only 3 stars for the proximity of mobile homes and the lack of land for the lack of land. 2nd evening at the restaurant of the hobeki campsite, unwelcome, unpleasant person compared to the super cook who welcomed us the day before. I burned myself because I did not have masks, so things can be said differently knowing that the eve they said nothing to me, and 5 min after 5 people arrive and they are told nothing. No display to notify it. Neither on the campsite nor entrance to the restaurant. Fortunately, the food is super good. Thank you.

The stay has been very good. The only downside was that we booked 1 mobile home 6/7 people indicating that there were 7 of us. In the reservation confirmation it indicated that there was 1 sofa bed but it was not. By the time we realized the reception was already closed and we had to wait the next day to ask for 1 extra mattress and 1 pillow.
The pools very good for children and for adults.

A campsite that I recommend. The plants are beautiful and the campsite is well maintained. The organization is done with care. Nice and smiling staff. The pool is top with kids they had fun like crazy ... and us too! We spent 5 great days on the spot. We who rarely go camping, this is the first time I leave telling me that I will come back maybe! When in the Basque Country ... Do not ask any questions! It's simply breathtaking beauty !!!!

A very good campsite, you go back there every year and you always have fun, the sea is not far, there is everything nearby. In short it is a great campsite!

Pictures disappointing. When I rented this bungalow I thought it was, according to the picture in the brochure, near the sea. In fact the sea is a good distance from the campsite. In addition, the flyer saying there was a shuttle is not quite true; what is in fact the city bus that takes you to the beach. Of course we are given free tickets but it is not quite the truth is not it?

There are better campins at that price ... Lots of cars on the road ... It gets very slippery in the pools and in the showers ... We had quite a few falls ...

A good welcomes from everyone and a very very good welcomes animators. Proposal of several outdoor activities. Swimming pool super multisports ground. The great evening that you could have done where we could have fun every night, and even the mini disco if it was for the youngest it was fun to participate. Thank you to Kenny Maxime Elodie Pauline and Teddy for all your efforts What you had done for us, it was great, the evenings and the Sun Dance at noon at the pool will be a strong moment that I will keep you 5 together, you work Super good together change not thank you very much to you. And a very special mention to the animator of the teen club Kenny in our vacation would not have been the same, who knew how to integrate us and have fun with all it's activities. A little disappointed, mobile home without air conditioning despite the price. Fortunately, the park is planted with trees to limit the heat in the mobile homes.
No common barbecue, they rent them on site but must be reserved before arriving otherwise they no longer have any (in full season anyway).
Not convinced by the quality / price ratio

Very warm and welcoming staff, clean and very good food. The only downside to young people who lack respect by setting their Bluetooth speakers at the top of their lungs in the afternoon by squatting in the children's playground and re-belote in the evening until after midnight . It took 2 or 3 days of row to complain to finally stop ... We were at another location in 2019 and everything went IMPECCABLY well. We hope to come back but I will warn my C.E of Chantiers de l'Atlantique not to accept a rental in front of the playground (and it is not the children who have "spoiled" our peace ...). But I really think so: top-notch staff, warm, welcoming, very well-kept campsite. Last year I put 5 but one less this year but I highly recommend it anyway because the Basque Country is really MAGNIFICENT

Good camping! Nice, everything correct, we arrived later than eight and they facilitated the entrance, they accept acsi, beautiful pools, to repeat.

A quiet place and very close to the border. In holy week it lacks some service (animation and shop) that surely are available at other times of the year. The indoor and outdoor pools comply with the expected. The modules are clean and with new furniture. The plots are spacious and in a very good environment. Next to San Juan de Luz and Biarritz which are places to visit.

Small campsite very quiet with all the comfort of a large. The rental Coco sweet is super nice. I recommand it !

Site very suitable for children @ s for the comfort of accommodation and pools more than enough to enjoy. The park with swings is also good. The bungalow has enchanted me.

We visited this site because of another Sunelia site but soon found that they did not compare. Although there was a lovely walk to the beach via the town.
When we booked in we were told that there was a large group of students at the other side of the park. We thought this would be OK as they were away from us and the site had a quiet at night policy. But no, there were 80 students and they walked all around the site. We finally got to sleep at 3.30am
The site needs a new wash block. Will not be returning

Thief !!!!! Very good for cashing checks reservations, but when it comes to refund after a cancellation for family reasons (announced in the rules) there is no one who responds to the mail and phone!
Establishment totally mocking its customers, a golden rule: make money !!!!!!!!
