We walked in on a Thursday evening. There was one person waiting for food and it was not busy. There were several employees working but we noticed many issues. There seemed to be no one in charge so everyone was just doing whatever they wanted. While we were there, the delivery driver decided he would stop delivering for the rest of the night because it was too much for him. Those were his words exactly. We ordered a chicken tender plate, a steak and cheese, a chicken bacon ranch sub, mozzarella sticks and 3 drinks. We waited almost an hour for these items and we were still waiting in store after the store closed. They did not hesitate to shut all the lights off so they could do their closing, while we were still waiting. During our visit, a man came in because he ordered food and it was supposed to be delivered but the driver never showed. Instead of the employees just making the food over, they all acted confused and hesitated on doing anything about it because there was no manager on site. They told the man to go wait in his car while they figured it out. Another person ordered food and it was supposed to be picked up and the customer was not answering their phone, and because of a language barrier and a full voicemail box, the employees decided to ban the person from ordering food ever again. The guy ended up showing up before they closed so I do not see what the big deal was. They were very unprofessional. As for our food, I cannot believe we waited this long. Small portions, no sauces, everything was dry, and the subs were all pressed toasted which on some subs would be good, but not all subs should be pressed. It was such a disappointment.
