Products were not delivered on time. Refund was promised but is still pending. Do not reccomend trusting with future business that has any real deadline.

Work overall clean but insufficient advice, part of the pattern was apparently too small (while the seller had confirmed that it suited) and finally I find myself with two red and two different qualities on a single color original drawing. If I had been warned, I would have had no difficulty to change the motive "it's not ugly" as the saleswoman says, but the problem is that it's not nice either ....

Run away from this shop!
The deadlines are not respected, and worse still the quality of the chosen fabric has not been respected, low-end fabric! And no apologies!
Haughty staff, and moreover unprofessional.
Don't waste your time and money with them !!!

Telephone reception of the `` alo '' type / no hello
Once there I am told that I must do my creation on their interface (so I improvise in the business because they are not able to do it for the client).
The computer does not read PDF therefore impossible to make my creation, no alternative to that. So I leave after 30 minutes without advice, without creation, without smiling.

I understand why everything is gradually digitalized, because the sense of human and service is no longer there.

I ordered in store 1 t-shirt and 1 personalized mug to offer. I got it the next day. I am very satisfied !

Quality products. I have personalized sweaters and polos. I am very satisfied: good material, well cut!
And fast delivery: Order placed on the 11th, shipped on the 12th, received on the 14th!

Exorbitant price for quality of service and relationship.
I asked that my impression be in a certain way and the opposite was done and the salesman said "Ah, but I like it like that" what do I bump into the rollers that you love. Money coming out of your pocket? You love me no it's ugly not at my convenience.

Professionals of incompetence.
The reviews were already mixed on the page, so I add mine to give this shop the rating it deserves.
Where to start ... The most logical but no less disastrous: the arrival in the shop. A nice neighborhood whose walk is spoiled by a staggering reception, we arrive, the seller does not even calculate us (too busy on the phone with some other responsible and at the same time managing the case of a customer who has received a product not corresponding to his order ... Good atmosphere), we look at the shop which looks more like a counter stall of the nineteenth, before the department stores, the charm of the period artisans in less. After a quarter of an hour (needless to say we were in a hurry, it gives a burlesque side to the story), we arrive at the counter and ask for the return of our order (we paid extra for a faster reception and were arrived after the given minimum hour). Suddenly (finally, after another quarter of an hour), the seller turns on and does not find our product (a cushion). He ends up telling us after almost an hour that the product is not in the shop (we had next to us the other customer disappointed from the beginning). We demand the refund of the supplement, we get it immediately. They tell us to come back on Monday, we are at the rendezvous on Monday, but unfortunately "the seamstress is on leave" ... So we must come back at the end of the week, knowing that we live far from the neighborhood ... We finish by getting the product, good quality, for lack of a sense of service, they have effective arms. In short, accumulated delays, home disastrous shop, expensive supplements (11 ) for nothing, I strongly recommend, you will find better in competitors, for cheaper surely, certainly faster, and as good or better quality. I will not come back and encourage you not to put this verb in the future.

Before moving, I contact them by phone to find out if they have a sweet black child in 5 years to flock the same day. After having said yes and coming on site, I am told that there are no more and to go directly to look for the sweet at a known brand about 800m away.
This brand does not make children.
The young man present at the shop is completely in the west and not at all in the bath and the boss completely blazer from his work !!!
Only positive point, after having a race of 2 hours to find a sweet, the flocking could be done in 40 min.
Personally, I would not go back

Order received late (although I had asked twice by phone for confirmation of the date of receipt before ordering) and in addition to that it is not what I had ordered ... (again by phone review of the final product to be sure of the final rendering) ... NO PROFESSIONALISM, I certainly do not recommend!
