I have had my new Norwood Faucet and Suffolk Sink from Vigo installed and in use for about a month now and I love love love it! I get tons of compliments! The faucet is especially beautiful and modern. I like using the sprayer and am always playing with how it attaches/detaches! The sink is large and deep, the grates and strainers work better than any I've ever had to keep things clean. This is definitely a high-quality product!
I purchased a Vigo stone farm sink as part of my countertop package for my newly renovated kitchen. My wife and I loved it. After about 2 years I noticed a small crack near the drain. I contacted Vigo's customer service and spoke with Barbara. She was extremely helpful. Her correspondence with me was very prompt. Even though I hadn't registered the sink at the time of purchase, she was able to help me submit the appropriate docs to honor the warranty. The replacement sink arrived a few weeks later as promised. What a GREAT experience! My faith in humanity has been restored after a crazy Covid year! It's nice to deal with a company that backs their products! Barbara was amazing to work with! Thanks Vigo for a terrific sink and great customer service!
I was actually VERY pleasantly surprised by the quality and heavy duty feel of this Kitchen Faucet. The packaging was very high end and instructions were easy to follow. Diagrams made it very easy to instal.
Love that the hose to the sprayer was sleeved. It always gets attention and compliments from everyone that sees it. The sprayer works great with good flow, and the pot filler is very sturdy and also has good flow.
The height may be an issue if you don't have the space.The construction of the entire faucet was solid matte gold finish and very heavy duty feeling. The install was simple as I am a true novice and did the entire replacement in about 30 minutes. I will definitely consider VIGO for my future purchases and give it a 5 star.
If I could give this company a 0 star review, I would. We bought a shower tower a few years back and have had nothing but problems with it. We have never been able to adjust the thermostatic valve from day one. Despite relentlessly trying to contact their poor excuse of a customer service department, we never heard back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, ITS TRASH!
Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. My shower enclosure's seals have worn out after a few years, and I've spent over a month trying to get replacement parts from Vigo Industries. Every encounter with Vigo Industries has been a painfully frustrating experience. First, I used the chat function on their website to verify the part numbers. I was told to call the 800 number, which begs the question why they even have a chat feature. I then called the 800 number and spoke to someone who said they would call me back to confirm the part numbers in a couple hours. They didn't call me back for a week. Then, I finally confirmed the part numbers and ordered them from their website. After over a week without a shipping notification, I reached out via email and never received a response. Another week later, I called the 800 number again, where I learned that one of the three parts that I ordered is on backorder for another month. I was never notified, and would have never known if I did not call them again. They refused to partially ship my order and I was told my only options are to wait, or to cancel my order and place new orders with two of the parts on one order, and the backordered part on the other -- though this would require paying shipping twice, and I was told that they could not cancel my order over the phone, and that the only way they could cancel is if I emailed the same email address that never responded to my earlier inquiry. Who knew it would be so hard to buy shower seals? I wont be using Vigo Industries products again, and I suggest that you save yourself the trouble and do the same.
We have used a variety of VIGO products in four newly constructed condos in East Boston. The VIGO kitchen faucets, farm sinks and bathroom faucets have helped add value to our units through excellent design and functionality.

Do not buy from these people. Their product is cheaply made and does not last. Their customer service is non existent. I ordered a replacement sprayer for my kitchen faucet that broke in less than a year old. I ordered it over a month ago and I am still waiting on the part. Have contacted customer service 4 times and no response.
