Great Services but far too much time wasted performing the great services.
I came to the ER on 10/2/2020 with severe stomach pains. Everyone I came in contact with was helpful, friendly and showed they cared about me. My ER Nurse was Lexie. She was awesome and made me and my husband feel at ease while we waited for the doctor. The doctor was thorough clear and took the time to explain why I was being admitted for observation. I was moved to a room and met Savannah, a traveling nurse. She was awesome too! She and I talked about everything including the low ratings I saw on line for this hospital. She shared that often times people have a good experiences but never write about it because it s expected. But when people have a bad experience they usually write about it. All I can say is that I was admitted on 10/2 and discharged on 10/5. The entire time I was treated with care and everyone and I mean everyone I came in contact with was professional, caring, and left me feeling good about my care! I was glad to go home to my family but I did enjoy meeting the hardworking men and women at this hospital. They all deserve our appreciation and gratitude.
My husband was treated there a few years ago and we had a great experience. The doctors, nurses and staff were very attentive and professional.
Don t leave there without a printed copy of your medical record. Because they will not be off any assistance after the fact. They will lie to you and tell you that they will send to your primary care doctor. That s a lie. Protect yourself. Sincerely Julie Huggins post Gallbladder surgery
Dr. Diane Stowers is a disgusting excuse of a Physician's Assistant. Ridicules patients and poor bedside manner.
This is probably a the best hospital that I have ever been too. Was there two days for a knee replacement,. Had the most excellence of service. Thank you guys for all that you do.
ER staff is knowledgeable, professional, helpful, thorough, and caring.
I checked in here at 9:55. It is now 12:17pm and I still haven't been seen. I am reported to have had a head trauma; which should be taken more serious. However, I have seen people who have arrived after me go before me (of a different race). Not sure what's going on. Maybe there building a new wing as I wait.
I went to the ER twice this past week and had excellent care from start to finish during both visits. My wait times were minimal, and the providers were very thorough with my workups. I felt that my concerns were heard, and that the providers truly cared about me. Specifically my RNs Andres and Kelsea, my PAs Jason Alexander Perrin and Julie Winkler, and my ultrasound and CT techs, all deserve recognition for providing outstanding care in the midst of an ongoing pandemic. You are greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for your service to our community!
