Employee handbook of rules? What s that? They don t care what they put in their handbook so if you get hired here don t even take the time to read it, they still do what they want anyways. SEVERELY understaffed and treat employees SO horribly! They will mandate you to work doubles multiple times a week. You re a college student and have an exam due tonight and you ve already been mandated once this week? Who cares! Definitely not them. If you have other obligations rather than work, don t even think about working here.

Do no recommend putting your loved ones here. Poor resident care, rude administrative staff. It took months to get the care records asked for.

Thankful for facilities like this for our loved ones. Energetic staff. Would recommend. They were very helpful and supportive while my uncle was there.

This place should just close. They do not care about your loved ones.

Do not put your loved ones in this place! They will neglect them and your loved ones quality of life will decrease. Not only that but they will want you to write checks on your loved ones behalf and make medical decisions pertaining to them but refuse to release "care records" of their daily interactions with your loved ones without a power of attorney. A clear sign of their attempt to cover up malfeasance and neglect. EDIT: WOW my loved one and her "primary family contact" both have last names separate from my own. Amazing you knew who I was talking about and that you would confront someone with dementia about this. Actions speak louder than words, at this point I need to see action and not some attempt to "just have her sign it." You should know better. I have had several family members receive both long-term care and short-term rehab at Viewcrest over the last 10+ years. It is a beautiful facility with genuinely caring nursing staff. They also have a great therapy department that really encourages their residents to reach their maximum potential before they return home.

My father stayed here for a short term visit. He was very impressed with the nursing department and the therapy department. His room was kept clean and organized. He also liked the food at this facility. I would recommend this facility for any loved ones seeking short or long term care. Also my father commented on how all of the staff were very friendly and caring.

My wife worked for this place and they messed up the schedule and fired her for it as well as bullied her about her clothes. Ripped her off $100 off her paycheck as well.

Great place to work! Many great benefits and high paying scholarships to help the employees advance in their career!
