Very very rude!! Snapped at me for not knocking when the sign was covered and after I mentioned it her tone changed. Just down right rude. Nasty facility and looks scamming. Mom and pop type facility.
Very rude, I arrived for the cpr class at 8:59am , the lady didn t come to the door till 9:01 because she was sitting otp talking so she said how can i help u ? As if i was at her house or something. I said I was here for the cpr class, she said oops looks like you re too late did he tell u class starts at 8:45am or 9:00am? I said he told me 9:00 she said noo he told u 8:45, i said no he told me 9:00am she said well do u have cash i said no ma am i have a card she said well you re gonna have to wait till the next class anyways we only take cash. She was just rude from the minute I got there, if you don t want to be there then find something else. I had to drive a long way to get there just to be turned around, then she said come bck next Monday I said I can t I m getting ready to have my child Saturday she said well come back Monday like lady are you listening to what i am saying? Didn t i just tell u I can t. This place needs to be shut down just rude and unprofessional.
Did my fingerprints here the lady was nice. She was very quick very professional!
The google reviews are true. I went to get my results from a TB testing, zero customer service skills & also had dog inside of the building where they are offering medical services at. I love fur babies, but that s not the place for them.Please go elsewhere this place isn t clean or safe.
Poor customer service skills to say the least. I went for fingerprints for nursing licensure. Not sure what the hold up is, but all my classmates who went to other facilities have gotten their approval to test the same day and I'm still waiting several days later.
Lana is absolutely amazing! She is kind, professional, direct & a great teacher. I love how STAT is a family business! You get what you put in like any where else. STAT has a lot to offer, is a great resource & I am grateful Columbus has it to help build our economy especially during COVID 19.
The reviews are true..... I havent worked for them but i went to only get fingerprints. There attuides absolutely suck!!! I believe every review on google.
I was a contractor worker with this Agency and it was the biggest mistake of my life! THEY WILL KNOWINGLY SEND YOU BLINDLY INTO FACILITIES AND/OR HOMES WITH COVID-19 OUTBREAKS AND WILL NOT INFORM YOU. They have no decency, dignity or moral compass for the caregivers that are trying to make a difference and help through the pandemic.
Man the attitudes at this place is just terrible like damn if you like the job u at please find another job the ladies here r so rude it makes no sense at all
I graduated with my CNA license and not one person in my class failed. It took work but it was worth it. Lana does an excellent job of teaching and with the other ladies , run the facility. I highly recommend stat medical for getting your CNA liscense or any background/fingerprint/CPR etc done. Worth the price
