Great service, not trying to upsell! The gentleman asked questions about chosen products and guided us towards a more appropriate tool for a certain job at a lower cost. Seems like they got it right: friendly, charismatic staff with great knowledge of and pride in the product they're selling, bravo!
On top of that, the gentleman threw in a couple of chocolate knives for the kids, awesome!!!
