Everyone made our experience just a little more bearable.

Charging for something that should be quick and easy. Even after paying we have received so many phone calls and mail off the debt agency even after providing the receipt number! Shame on both of you!! Money scamming Murdoch! The service should be free! Absolute joke!!

Great service with superb management of clients, queries, and sharing of results, ect. I was put at ease during a difficult time. Wouldn't want to repeat it, but if I had to, I would choose them again.

If you need any genetic or prenatal tests done, this is who you should use. Fast friendly service, and everyone goes out of their way to make everything more pleasant.

I really didn't know what to expect, but was very happy with my experience, cant fault anyone I encounterd or had to deal with.

I was considered high-risk for some conditions in pregnancy, so visited a clinic for testing. Good experience in the most trying of circumstances.

The whole experience was a little surreal and it was VCGS who brought clarity to the process. The GP whom I saw was unaware of genetic testing and had to spend 20 minutes explaining it to him. Then rang VCGS and they had to as well. They guided me through the entire process. Could not afford to pay bill on time and then they let me pay it off by installments - no issues. Overall very professional and very helpful.

scammers. I did not authorize a test, then I didn't even get the results. the people who work here are very rude, unhelpful and uncompasionate. DONT USE THISCOMPANY.

Medicare doesn't cover the costs of many tests, but we knew that in advance. If you know what costs you will be responsible for, or might be resposnible for, you can ask the right questions, and be prepared. The people we worked with were all fantastic and caring

Everything turned out fine with my test results. But the staff here were fantastic with keeping me informed and as calm as possible. It can't be easy for them, but they never let on.

Very pleased with my experience. Nobody wants to have to endure genetic tests, especially when it comes to inheriting or passing on some conditions, but the service and advice given helped make it all more bearable.

Weren't sure what to expect when our doctor referred us for genetic testing when my wife was pregnant for the first time. The staff did a superb job of explaining the test they would be doing, the reason, and then the results. Easy to undertand language used, and they answered our worried questions without delay.

Most accurate and comprehensive genetic testic service we've come to have chosen to use after months of searching. Very affordable too considering all this as well as the extra's including free genetic counselling services among other. Super professional!

I never encountered a single person who wasn't helpful, friendly and compassionate . So many tests and waiting for results, but they did their best to make it all more comfortable

The team at VCGS were fantastic! We had an amnio and the results came back really quickly which was great for my wife and I as new expecting parents.

we were never informed we were being charged we never received any reports and suddenly we are on debt collectors list and all we knew that ultrasound is taken for them which we paid for already really dont recommend there services

I unfortunately do not have a good experience with this place. They were most unhelpful when my Dr tried to call to find put when they kight be exlexting my results. At firat they told me two to three weeks , now they are saying 4 weeks?? Their communication skills are horrible
