I have so much VS Pink stuff even wrapping paper but but the clothing isn't as cute

What else can you really say, its Victoria Secret. Friendly people and excellent clothing.

Great stock and very well organized. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly as well.

I love Victoria secret even though there prices kill me sometimes. Although staff could use to be a little more friendly or at least wipe the looks off there faces when a plus size lady is shopping there. I am not fat but I am a bigger gal. I guess to some of these women it must mean I shouldn't be shopping there. I'm still a lady with all the same body parts, who likes to feel sexy just like every other female out there.

This company in general has the worst customer service. I have a credit card that I am cutting up rather then ever giving them a dollar!

Not as good as the stores in bigger cities but still a nice selection and the employees are great

No help anywhere except huddled together talking to each other. Every drawer of bras were mixed up with wrong sizes

I don't like doing this at all but this is seriously the worst customer service I've ever seen in a Victoria's Secret. Even when I said something to a staff member they simply said "I'm sorry we're short staffed". There were 3 customers, two already in dressing rooms and 4 staff members on the floor. Most of them I doubt were even 21. I have given this store 3 different chances in the last 60 days. I am very dissapointed.

Crystal was straight rude and not willing to help at all & she calls herself an assistant manager. Calling corporate Monday!!!

One star because they are always out of stock! Also one star because of the staff. Not very friendly. I might ve come across as rude, unintentionally, when i have to explain for a good 2 minutes that i had $29 left to pay on my VS card and that that was the amount I d like to pay, to which the cashier replied you want to pay the minimum amount? $27? No. $29.26. That s all i have left to pay. She was not friendly.

All the employees are very sweet, stylish and helpful! The store appears organized and well kept

Wife can't find plus size bras here. Can't say much though, I don't personally shop here.

The manager, pretty dark haired woman, probably has the best customer service skills I've ever encountered in a retail setting. I wish I could remember her name. I asked the cashier because I was going to be sure and compliment her and that's when I learned that she wasn't an employee but actually was the manager; it absolutely blew me away to see how hard she was working straightening up her store right alongside her employees! I will remain a loyal customer for as long as shes in charge here at the very least. Customer service is good overall here, and that means something! Especially when it's seemingly so hard to find these days.

I just want to put in a word for the new Manager Olivia(which I believe is her name). She performed her job wonderfully the other day with a rather crotchety old women. I was not able to talk to Olivia, but rather a bystander of the whole ordeal, but I simply want to note the extreme patience, kindness, and amazing customer service Olivia showed. Being a previous retail worker I understand how difficult it would be to stay so calm in this situation. This particular customer did not understand the current promotion during the Veterans Day weekend 10 for $35 deal, and instead wanted a previous 5 for $28.50 deal, which was not currently going on. The customer was angry and hateful that she wasn't getting her way, even as Olivia tried several times to calmly explain that the deal she wanted had ended, but would continue the next day if she wished to come back. The woman was frustrated, slamming her hands on the counter, holding up the registers, and frustrating everyone in line, but Olivia remained calm and collected and tried several more times to explain why the woman wasn't getting the deal she wanted, when she could in fact get a better deal if she only grabbed 5 more panties. The customer persisted on getting the deal SHE wanted, and not the better one(5 panties for only $6.50, who wouldn't want that!?), and started calling names. I understand that the customer is always right, and I applaud Olivia's patience with trying to help this stubborn woman. I also want to note that the other employees were also wonderful during this situation: Tiana and another new employee, though I did not get his name. They were all incredibly kind, cheerful with other customers while trying to relieve the tension from the air. All in all to say, terrific job guys, keep up the great work and stay positive, even when you have difficult customers to deal with.

Visited Victoria's Secret in Clarksville TN Governor's Square Mall. I had an exceptional experience with the most knowledgeable, friendly and funny Customer Service Staff member Samantha (Sam) Bradley she really knows how to make you feel special. She worked very hard showing me the best deals and explained the quality of each product. She said I love my job and helping people! It really showed. Ask for Sam Bradley next time you visit the store you'll be glad you did.

Egift card route is a scam. Processed through bank fine, company refused to process for "Failure to pass verification standards". When asked what needs to be done to pass verification to complete the process; I was told "I cannot tell you and I cannot process or do business with you. We aren't allowed to give out company verification policy. Go to the store and make the purchase instead." Does your company know how to do business properly? Inform your customers so we can complete a purchase. Stop wasting peoples' time. If I wanted to go to the store I would have.

Ask for Olivia if you need to be sized. She is wonderful at her job and very kind.

Thieves!!! Zero balance on my wife's card suddenly turns into $800? I'll spend triple before I pay these thieves a penny more.

Needless say me and my daughter love this store. The selection and staff are amazing.

5 for customer service and selection! But a 2 for not opening on time! Customers are waiting...including me. A couple of them left after becoming impatient. Not a good look.

I put 1 star because I couldn't put 0! This is the closest store within an hour drive. I visit this store a lot and yes it is busy sometimes and messy and you can't find sizes but normally the sales/dressing room ladies help out. However this past Saturday I went in and instead of customer service, the sales/dressing room ladies were more interested in hanging out with their friends walking around the store and playing with the door sensors..(not customers...friends). I got better assistance from the wonderful cashier and another customer. This is the first time I left empty handed.

I can't say enough about how phenomenal the customer service is. Olivia assisted me today, and helped me through all of the questions I had. Every employee I talked to was friendly, and eager to assist. I requested a fitting, and although it can be a daunting process, I never felt uncomfortable. They do an excellent job of making sure that they do not make you uncomfortable in any way, and happy to help with a myriad of individual needs. I never walk away unhappy with the service. The products may be on the more expensive side, but I never feel like I got ripped off. The quality is well worth the price paid.

Great sales pretty regularly. Their bras and underwear are the best, and most comfortable I've ever bought. I found that they didn't have my size in several bras I wanted. The organization with the bra drawers is awful and confusing. The rest of the store was great.

not the best location. staff attentiveness erratic. Very limited choices for 34DD bras. all kinds of bras and panties in the wrong drawer, hassle. would rather go to another location.

Quiet! I loved it! It was as if I was the only one in there shopping. Every sales person were very helpful and kind.

Is it so hard to have customer service actually be there for the customer? Went on the 13th, my whole time shopping i was ignored or treated unfairly because they had made a mistake and put all my clothes were on hold away back on shelves!! I CALLED EVERYDAY AND THEY LIE TO ME AND PUT MY CLOTHING BACK ON THE SHELVES

Paula was an angel, the only who had helped me find most of my purchase in the drawers and appolgized profusely over Heather's (manager whom had put said items back in the floor) mistake and mistreatment. Btw Heather as the saying should go *the customer us always right* and *satisfaction with a smile (no sarcasm or patronizing included). Because of Paula's commitment to fix what had been done when it wasn't her fault to begin with I think she should be promoted. Just saying if she's doing her mangers job and mistake.

Love this store! Excellent variety and the most comfortable!

First off, I love Victoria s Secret, however, this particular store must go out of their way to find the most rude associates. I went in to the store and there were three associates standing talking about some other girl, they didn t acknowledge me. I needed some assistance so I tried to get their attention but I was ignored. Finally, on my own I found what I was looking for and when I went to pay the cashier never said hello or anything else, she didn t even tell me my total. She shoved my items in my bag, never looking at me. Even my daughter noticed the lack of customer service. I chalked that experience up to it being busy and perhaps the associates were tired. But when I went back in a few days later my experience was just the same. I will not shop at this location again, I will either order online or go to Nashville where my business is more appreciated.

If you're a 34dd walmart wont have your bra size. Just saying

Really rude customer service. There was a deal going on and they rang my wife up $70 over what we were expecting so we brought it up. Under their breath, and we could hear, said something along the lines of ugh I hate it when they do this. It s something going on in the store and you guys were supposed to know this.. Might be because we were asian? Because there were other people coming in with coupons for free items and no complaints or disrespectful remarks muttered under their breaths. We were still paying. I seriously don t know what is going on, but this was very unprofessional and my wife felt very disappointed.

I like that they have always good sales. They now have shimmer lotions and body sprays. I wish they would still carry them in creams as well.

I love Victoria Secret not just cause the beautiful clothes panties, bras but the kind hearted sweet people who work there and it feels good to walk in and the ask where you have been and been kinda worried cause they haven't seen you in awhile but this is one of my favorite places to go and shop cause I feel so welcomed.

Lines are always a little long. Most of the staff is nice, and helpful., when u can find them..

Terrible. Walked the entire store 2x and the only associate working is the poor gentleman at the cash register and the line is wrapped through the body wash and perfume section.

They didn't have anything that I wanted but I still love Victoria Secrets

Smaller store with limited selection on some clothing items especially. Friendly staff.

Want to know where all the employees are while you are digging to find what you need? All huddled up at the cash wrap. Since everyone is at the cash wrap you would think getting through the checkout would be quick? It s not! One or two lanes open 7 employees behind the counter talking. Then if someone has an issue your cashier will leave without saying a word to you. There is a male employee that works there and he s great. Helpful, happy, and always working.

Busy due to Holidays. No one to help....but that's par for the course there.

I personally haven't bought anything from here, but my fiance buys a lot of clothes from Victoria's Secret & Pink. She seems to really like the way all of the clothes fit, and I personally love the way she looks in all of her "delicates" that she gets from here. I haven't heard anything negative about Victoria's Secret & Pink from my fiance, and I definitely haven't seen anything wrong with the clothes, so I think that this is a pretty great place.

This place has extremely went downhill since Trina passed away. Went in tonight & seen a lady walk by so I asked for her help & she was completely rude and acted as she was too busy. I asked for her name and her smart response was Crystal the assistant manager of this store. Then she started walking off like I didn t need her help with something. She went over to another employee then just started talking and laughing about everything under the sun... Lazy, unprofessional & just rude! if this is how the store runs then I ll continue to avoid this location!!

We went the day aftwr black friday, it was very busy. Heather was so awesome! She helped me every step of the way & was so kind!
