The incompetence of the employees and managers in their VS is beyond sad and a disgrace to a company. When asked if I needed any help I said yes and stated that none of the current selection of pink panties were in the correct drawers listed. The employee then said "are you sure? They are all in here." Showing me a drawer of three pairs of underwear, not the size or type that should have been in that drawer.
She stated she would go look in the back and then proceeded to go up to the counter ringing customers up not sending anyone or saying if she was even going to look when done. This store is completely lacking in organization. It's sad to see a store of employees that think they are too good to work. I will not be spending my money here and will be telling people of the horrible lack of customer service.
