Love the hotel easy access stayed there before and was happy to stay there again

Wonderful hotel. Great breakfast. The rooms are really nice. Great location, close to both underground and a diversity of buses!

Very nice room. The best part for us though was the help from the concierge. Danny basically helped plan our vacation. We told him what we wanted to do and he told how to get there and the best way to do it on our budget. The staff was very nice. The only negative being was the breakfast I felt it was not worth the price. Not bad just average food.

I only attended for the AHP fair. I can only vouch for the conference rooms in B2 which were quite nice. The vestibule and factories too were very good and the place smelled very nice. Cannot speak for the rooms or prices

Good location, food was of average standard for a professional working event. Adequate space and clean facilities.

Very comfortable hotel, rooms are spacious and has all the amenities you would expect in a hotel in this price range. Tozi, its ground-floor restaurant, is very good.

Was here attending a conference. Location ok. Facilities looking a little worn. Toilets in conference area had broken and missing locks, urinals flooding floor all day. Staff efficient and polite. Most food and nibbles perfectly adequate, except the wild mushroom gnocchi with truffle oil, which was glorious! Overall, not bad, but could be much better.

Only here for a conference. Reception couldn't point us to the right room on arrival and then there were no refreshments at all!

We had a conference, and it was in the basement of the hotel. It wasn't the most ideal place to be for two full days

Good location, clean room. No functional air-conditioning in my room, sort of fixed by maintenance but remaining too hot most of the night even with the window open. On a sub zero night to boot. Need to label your concierge as they look like a check in desk.

I stayed at the Park Plaza for a conference in London. The Hotel is very central, very close to Victoria Station and Buckingham Place. In a modern style, very nice and welcoming, the staff is very helpful. The larger deledia rooms are furnished in a modern and clean style. The only flaw, the somewhat complicated procedure to extend the presentation (before departure), otherwise absolutely recommendable

I chose this hotel by chance for our trip to London, I had a great time, very comfortable room for 4 adults, excellent staff and available for any need, excellent breakfast buffet what more to say more ..... when I come back to London I'll know where stay

Always a great venue for conferences with great staff and solid wifi. I have never stayed in the hotel though

Visited for a day conference. Great location 2 mins from Victoria. Hotel conference facilities clean, tidy, staff very pleasant.

Luxurious and great food. A lot of commercial pilots there, great time asking who they flew for.

Great location.really nice staff. And comfortable beds.

Attended a seminar here, loved the layout of the hotel in general.
Good array of restaurants both within and nearby.
Good transport links - nearby taxi rank and Victoria underground station's a stone-throw away.

Despite weird entrance the hotel is nice. Near horrible Victoria but very convenient. Good Bar

I stayed in other Park Plaza Hotels in London but this one is so far the best. Is smaller but very cosy, the atmosphere is fantastic and the service is excellent

Decent conference facilities but they are all underground and you can't help but miss natural light if you are there all day.

Was at the hotel for a meeting. Room and refreshments were OK. Signage could be better.

This a cheap price but a cheap hotel as well.

Location is the only good point here.
The management is not too friendly.
We left to a sightseeing one day and upon to our return we found our safe box in the room open.We could not lock it anymore.We spoke to the manager Daniela who only asked if anything was stollen?When she knew nothing missing she did not care to investigate further!
But what about our ID?!
Sometimes people are not interested in money but interested in your ID!
She did a lousy job and we were not comfortable with the security of this hotel.
We would not go back!

Great place to stay. Bustling and busy creating a positive atmosphere which is often missing from large hotels. Staff friendly and attentive.

Pribably not av5 star hotel (probably 4) but we had a 5 star experience. Clean, neat, tidy & helpful staff. Restaurant is run by separate co. but they offered pretty good meal.

Great location. Used to be much better but seems to be going down hill - i have stayed here five or six times over the last couple of years. The room maintenance is poor and the rooms aren't that clean. The air con only heats in winter and cools in summer - this seems to make sense until you have a warm winter's day or a cool summer's day. I stayed in March and it was warm - only way I could cool the room was by having the window wide open. Had to get maintenance to unlock it and then it was really noisy making it difficult to sleep. Overall a disappointing experience.

Delivering to the hotel i found the staff very efficient and friendly.

Positive rating as I alloggisto at this very nice hotel and close to strategic points such as Victoria station, underground and bus stop. broad and very pretty room. Perosnale very helpful and with many Italians for those who know English well. From here it is possible to arrive at several mandatory London stages. Value added breakfast (very good quality) that is made in the Italian restaurant adjacent to the hotel with direct connection. Also for dinners especially recommended for comfort and convenience when getting off, dine and take a walk. I will be back.

The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The shower heavily soiled, broken several tiles, that would have to be renewed every time. Breakfast always the same, price-performance was right in any case.

Attended a conference at the Park Plaza Victoria London which was very well organised and supported by the hotel. Staff where pleasant, helpful and efficient and the provision of food and drinks was good. The area we where in was a medium size adequate for around 300 delegates with cooperate stands. All in all a good location for a medium size conference.

Excellent quality hotel in a very convenient Victoria location. Gym, sauna and steam room were great! Mostly professionals and didn't see any kids. Great service too - fast and efficient. My new favourite for London.

Hotel on a strategic place 2 steps from Victoria station, I would have expected something more despite everything was in order. Clean rooms and friendly reception although they didn't speak Italian

Good hotel in walking distance of major train central station

The downside is that bed and pillow are so easy to sleep that you sleep.

A really conveniently located hotel with modern clean rooms, comfortable beds and friendly staff. The only disappointment for me was the free wifi didn't extend to my room (218)... though worked fine when I went down the corridor with my laptop. When I reported this to reception and asked for a new room, I was told they'd reset the wifi and get back in touch with me. That call didn't come... so, ball dropped I'm afraid.

The location is excellent, 2 blocks from Victoria train station. The place is really clean, rooms/bathroom are spacious. The staff is friendly. There's really good gym with multiple machines and items to do a full workout.

Nice hotel, only downside was the air-condition didn't seem to work anywhere in the building and the gym being nice but too small.

Hotel and room was nice but quality of the room service food was very poor.

Again !!! we did have another hotel booked but relented.
We had some issues before (only minor) but we were going to try elsewhere but the solution that was offered was brilliant so we are and back and happy

Good hotel in the heart of London, next to Victoria Station.
I even managed to park my car underground, without the fear to damaged my wheels or anything else when getting in and out of the underground parking (You go using a lift!)
We had an upgrade for your one night stay. I guess that the hotel went refurbished for the entrance and the reception, so I'm expecting some work to be done as well on the rooms, as the apartment where we stayed needs a good cosmetic upgrade.

Stayed for one night on 15th December 2017 room was okay was clean and tidy. The room was very hot and the air conditioning did not work correctly so had to have the window open slightly to cool the room and this in central London is an issue due to noise. The iron had a broken plug on it and the was reported to reception but this can be an indication of the overall standard of a room. Even after telling the check in desk I did not want to pre orth my card for the room I still found it had been.

Centrally located, walking distance from tourist attractions like Buckingham palace, also very close to Victoria station. Rooms are spacious, with good internet connectivity..

Place warm and welcoming even to stay around an hour and drink
