If this company owes you money, dont bother talking to them. Send a cease and desist right away! I tried sending them email for 20 days and never got an answer. The threat of legal action is the only thing that got me a reply and I finally received my money. Here's a good advice: take your business elsewhere

I ve been on both sides - client and employee. VIBRANT is a great experiential agency creating meaningful relations between people to brands. Lately we ve also done incredible work on helping clients pivot their approach during the pandemic.
This business is run by a group of incompetent idiots who have no idea how to run a business. Make sure to count everything because they WILL try to shortchange you!
After working for them for a few months, my record of employment was never sent to the government (which should be done automatically). I left them message over message on their voice mailbox without receiving a response, same thing by email. Great lack of professionalism, I recommend that you do not work for them.
I was fortunate enough to work in their office for a one month contract. The Vibrant team is very receptive to constructive feedback during an activation to improve the flow of the work at hand. The staff are friendly and professional. Communication, training, follow-up and supervision during events give us confidence in the various tasks to be accomplished. The best agency I have worked for !! :)

I worked for Vibrant and sent my bill on June 4th. I spoke with Bobby Ducharme, he told me that the pay should be filed on June 21 and I received nothing. Bobby told me it was "an oversight of the team" and that pay should be filed on July 5th. On the 3rd of July I receive an email stating that the sum "has been settled by a transfer" on my account. I received nothing, I spoke again to Bobby to know the reason and he said to me: "this evening without fail". After he went to see the person in charge of the pay and he told him they were wrong in the number of financial institution. Bobby told me: "He had 001 and not 006" "Yes it's a mistake" because the check number is 001 "I sent a message today and Bobby told me" The last one you did not receive the payroll because it was not the correct account number. "I am disappointed with their service and I find it unprofessional.
