I worked for Vibrant and sent my bill on June 4th. I spoke with Bobby Ducharme, he told me that the pay should be filed on June 21 and I received nothing. Bobby told me it was "an oversight of the team" and that pay should be filed on July 5th. On the 3rd of July I receive an email stating that the sum "has been settled by a transfer" on my account. I received nothing, I spoke again to Bobby to know the reason and he said to me: "this evening without fail". After he went to see the person in charge of the pay and he told him they were wrong in the number of financial institution. Bobby told me: "He had 001 and not 006" "Yes it's a mistake" because the check number is 001 "I sent a message today and Bobby told me" The last one you did not receive the payroll because it was not the correct account number. "I am disappointed with their service and I find it unprofessional.
