Kind and helpful boys. My girlfriend and I returned a few days ago from a trip to Mirabilandia booked in this agency. At the beginning, I was very good for the very concomitant price. Instead I had to change my mind. We did the wellness course of an hour as planned in the very clean and welcoming hotel spa, the rooms were new and they also had pay TV. I do not give you 5 stars because you are disturbed by a small part of the group that gave problems, claiming to make your own comfortable ... for me you would not have had to accept their reservation. For the rest you have been perfect. See you soon!

Poorly organized package, Easter Monday at the hotel in a suburban area where to get around the town you had to call the taxi who asked us for 25 euros per person, a wellness center not as described but with a small Jacuzzi and sauna with 15 people at a time, tax paid separately, the evening was scheduled at a nightclub and they wanted to take us to another if it reached a good number, the majority pulled back and for 12 people did not want to bring us stress that this move was paid within the package. I strongly advise against buying packages from them.

Weekend on the snow with bad organization! First of all, as soon as we arrived at the hotel, they made us change the women in a hotel room and the men by bus with the snow clothes. Hotel not so close and so to move you had to be subject to the coach with which we traveled, when it was written that it would be close. Horrendous hotel, in the room there were all the ruined wooden doors looked like eaten by the woodworm. Shower curtain torn and the carpet was also missing to get out of the shower so the whole floor was wet. There was written that we would have done a wellness path with a "heated" pool but in reality the path was not included there was a cost apart, there was only the piascina was not at all warmed up was luke warm and it was cold !!! Inside there were fifteen people who uralva and made a mess so after exactly 5 minutes we escaped because we thought it was something relaxing but no! The path we did to go from the room to the "spa" was in a semi-open corridor so it was very cold and we all came out wet to go back to the room because we could not change to the intent. It was not really bad and the kindness and the friendliness of the waiters, they all changed us by bus, women and men in the coach parking lot.We arrived at the hotel to collect the luggage and leave the ski equipment the organizer did not not even allowed to enter the hotel to go quickly to the bathroom.An inhuman thing since we had to face a long trip, told us that we would stop immediately at the first autoglill instead until we left because almost everyone had to leave the skies is almost an hour , until then they stopped at the gas station another hour passed so they made us keep the pee for almost two hours! I do not know if it's a normal thing! stopped nenche at the first autogrill have certainly stopped at the one where they had some convention because both the driver and the two organizers sat down to eat !! On the rest you could also fly over the fact of not having us go to the bathroom just not !! I'm sorry but it will be the last time we travel with them!

Easter mirabilandia.

Cosmoprof has been canceled for coronavirus. My friends and I received a voucher. We just used it to book a weekend in Salento. Nico gave us a lot of advice and it was very clear. Super!

Never had so many explanations about a trip. We did not leave for Cosmoprof this year but we will make up for it next year. Thanks for all the clarifications.

Excellent organization and professionalism. I traveled with this agency at Easter with my husband and my son and I had a great time. New and very clean hotel, excellent and plentiful dinner. Comfortable coach, two nice drivers and the carer has always been attentive to the needs of our son as well as having been able to manage with such patience a small group of participants who claimed to move the bus to their liking. I had booked the trip by this agency at Cosmoprof Bologna. The fair was canceled due to the pandemic and I received the voucher to refund the advances paid. We gave all the explanations with great precision. Next year we will return to Cosmoprof with this agency.

Very bad experience due to poor organization, things not included in the package, no additional costs .. They have ruined the Easter Monday to 54 people kept locked in the hotel (in the suburban area) with the possibility of reaching countries with 25 euros return per person . Beautiful memory of last year on Pollno. This spring we did not manage to do the Path of the Gods because of the virus but in September if you organize my boyfriend and I we will be there for sure.
