I am appalled by how a female staff member from Aviaserve has treated today a group leaving from Malta to Bergamo. While they were trying to embark, aviaserve staff noticed a clothing bag and asked extra payment for it. The man from the group informed them that it was purchased in the airport. They asked the receipt and the man asked for a minute to get it from the backpack. They threatened to make him miss the flight as there gate was closing. The other group members then offered (as they had lots of extra space) to store it in their bags. The lady started then to threaten the other group members with a 'bag check' and that they would miss their flight so the man of the group just paid the 60€ fine. I have recorded the accident and will provide it to the group if they wish to pursue this.
In 40 years of travelling I have never seen such rude and threatening behaviour in any airport.

I have a flight for Barcelona today and I tried to do the checking one day before as i usually do, but the document number field was close and i couldn't t including my number then i came to the airport to do the checking and I have to pay 55 euros. But when I realised the website wasn t work i sent a message to the company by Facebook, on chatbot and tried to call, BUT NOBODY ANSWERED.
Now I am spending a part of my holiday working to receive some support, but Aviaserv and the Ryanair are not giving me any support even with the all probes that I have, I mean the photos of all screens from website, Facebook. I am having a BAD experience and it is not the first time.

We had a problem with our flight so we ask us to go the aviaserve service point the reception guy first was at the telephone so he made us waiting 5 minutes and ignore us . Then didn't try to helps us or understand our situation !very disagreeable!
