Our closing was in May 2025, and I called Vesta in December 2025 to ask about a Credit which was given towards our closing. Long story short!
At the closing, Vesta employee or manager, Buyer, Buyers Agent and Notary sit at the office of the settlement Company (Vesta) and go over the final Closing paperwork. We did not get this treatment! We were not invited to this type of setup neither was anything reviewed or explained to us from VESTA! (maybe, because we are Indian Asian?!) I don't know why this was done towards us. But we managed by asking friends and family.
What really ticked me off was the phone call today, I was transferred to the manager at the Ashburn location, she was rude, unfriendly, loud and very unprofessional!!
Very few people buy houses on a regular basis but if you do, or are a first-time buyer please go to a different settlement Company, I for sure will with my next purchase!!!!
