The Customer Service Cell is really very pathetic. The staff available is not even polite enough to talk to customer. Specially the female staff available there.

We are a small startup and visited emi section of ertl north okhla last week for development testing. section has good facility (little old) but good equipments. But we got excellent support. We must mention specially Arminder sir helped us a lot in the development of our product and guidance in design review. he is so experienced and having broad knowledge of emi testing. overall, people are supporting, we recommend ertl okhla with 5 star.

All the faculties or staff are very helpful and experienced here. Practical Exposure to everything, live demo and testing of equipments. All the latest equipments and gadgets are available for testing Indian as well as International standards. In System Equipment Lab "Rishi Sir" is very helpful, experienced and he has a innovative fix for everything.
