if you want to waste your money this would be the place to do it they do not teach any thing that a person with half a brain could not figure out by them self . there is nothing spacial that they teach they just suck you in to more money and this refers to the Academy school where the fee starts out at 1600+ for 3 days of work shop and after that it will cost you 40 to 50 thousand for the rest of the program in my option this is a bad investment

Please, please I hope any potential future clients see this. There's a very real possibility I'll get in trouble for posting this, but it's killing me. I work as a Pension Administrator for an unnamed Third-Party Administration company. I have about two dozen clients who are contracted to a separate IRA / 401k custodian, that I administer their plans for. One of the things this company will probably suggest to you is that you should rollover a 401(k) or IRA into a new "Solo 401(k)" so that you can take out a loan against it and "pay yourself back," please don't do this. I've watched clients literally squander their entire retirement paying for this "education" and to "get rich". Do you know how many clients I have that got rich? 0. Not a single one. Moreover at least 70% of them later confide in me that they regret getting involved in this at all. The other 30% are just my newer clients and haven't figured it out yet. There are no shortcuts in life, there's no easy way to get rich, please, you owe it to yourselves and your family not to throw away your retirement and go into debt over this guy.

Nick Vertuchi delivers everything he says he will and more. This is an education company and two things are required for success: a willingness to pay someone for your education and your drive to put what you've learned into action. You will not get "rich quick". This is a complete turnkey system of support and education so that you can become a successful real estate investor. Flipping houses is just a stepping stone to help you develop the capital necessary to be successful in investing in income generating properties which is how you become "rich" in real estate. At every step of the way, you have an entire support team of coaches, an investment and advice community and educational materials and software to access databases and "crunch the numbers " to make rational real estate investing decisions. A legal team and business advisor are part of the package as is an online course to get started earning income. The highlight is the intensive 4-day hands on training taught by Nick and his team. If you feel you need additional support, a field training team is available. This is a business you build, an investment in yourself and in turn you are given the tools and networking you will need to be successful. Bottom line: You have to do the work and have the discipline and drive to be successful. The entire NVREA team is fantastic and your community of students are supportive and a wealth of information and help. This is a business investment and in return you learn a system that will keep you from making costly mistakes on your way to becoming successful and a person with business integrity. The only question you have to ask yourself is: Am I willing to what it takes to succeed? If so, NVREA is exactly right for you.

If you need to force a tenant to live in mold or complete an illegal eviction on a cripple definitely talk to Tina Arnett Balderston or one of the other professionals at Nick Vertucci. Tina was able to evict a cripple in record time for requesting an expensive $20,000+ repair. All she had to do was lie, hire a lawyer, then lie again in court. The death threats were nice too! Thanks to the skills of Nick Vertucci my property in Newport Beach will remain rented with toxic mold for years to come! SARCASM!! THESE PEOPLE ARE THE SCUM OF THE EARTH!!

I have to admit I took the bate. My wife and I attended one of their free seminars in Northern Virginia. There we were promised the means to be able to start turning a profit through a process they called paper flipping "with incredible ease" as I recall it. The hype lead my wife and I to invest around about $1,700.00 into a follow on three day seminar which again was another promise to give you those tools to flip houses. In the end we drove two hours each day and attended every minute of those seminars. What they failed to mention during the first seminar is that they are going to try to get you to sign up for a $100,000.00 line of credit, not to flip properties but to pay for a bus tour out in California. So my wife and I decided to cut our losses and jump ship. Everything we learned at that three day seminar was EASILY found doing a google search and a couple free apps on my cell phone. The promise for access to funding is a real scam too. they will have you pay for the 30K bus tour then have you lend your money out to others doing flips. So lets do the math, a high interest rate 100K loan, and no real returns just promises. I would have to say that I feel blessed we jumped ship when we did. I was taken for a fool, I admit it, hopefully someone reads this and doesn't do the same...I just wish I could have gotten my 1700 + expenses back for the waste of a good weekend.

Someone I know well tried the Nick Vertucci program, and due to a non-disclosure agreement related to their losses and their experience with the program, they cannot share details of how this system worked for them. But their losses were substantial enough that they had to change their long term financial plans.

It might interest some to know that Nick Vertucci encourages all his new followers/recruits to share and post online specifically that this program is not a scam. I cannot think of any business I have interacted with that has asked me to tell others they are legitimate, and not a scam.

Another potential red flag for some may be that early on in the Nick Vertucci/NVREA setup you are also asked to increase the limits on your existing credit cards as part of the program, in addition to applying for new additional cards with large limits. The Vertucci staff is quite happy to coach and assist you with this part of the process.

I cannot provide specific numbers for how much the components of this program cost, but if you are interested it s worth looking up how much the bus tour, or set of training cd s, or additional training packages cost.

The person I know followed the steps and methods given in multiple rounds of training, went on the bus tour, ran all of their plans and transactions through the Vertucci consultants and helpline experts, yet still managed to suffer heavy losses resulting from aspects of these investments not covered in the Vertucci/NVREA training. This happened on 3-4 separate projects. If someone wants to and is trying to follow the program, and is being coached the whole way through the process, while utilizing all the available Nick Vertucci/NVREA resources, and is still able to fail and lose money on each investment they make or project they take on, then it is possible the training and program has severe gaps or flaws in their content, and the work not as straightforward as it is presented.

This person met with company higher-ups at a Vertucci event, and laid out how they had followed all the training, instructions, and steps, and explained the losses this had repeatedly resulted in. Instead of a reimbursement on the training they had paid for that had not worked, or partial-compensation for the losses that were a direct result of following the Vertucci program, the person left with an NDA and bundle of more Vertucci program training.

Networking and working with others is a large part of how the Vertucci system claims to work, and part of what you buy into is becoming part a NVREA/Vertucci pride. These are regional and national closed social networks of other people who have bought into the program. However, if someone deviates their process from the Vertucci method (for example if they had tried the Vertucci method and it repeatedly had not worked), they are disconnected from the group, and they are declared no longer part of the pride. This is regardless of the level of success the persons methods/improvements produced. While this does help prevent someone from contaminating practices within a pride, it also severely limits Vertucci followers to see potential workarounds others are using when they run into problems with the existing Vertucci system.

I understand some pride members do have success with their projects. However, some of the ones who did admitted that it was not as consistent as the training had made it seem like it would be. Even while following the training, and with practice, they would still experience a mix of losses, breaking even, and profiting form various projects. This is a contradiction to the financial freedom these type of programs profess to offer their followers. It also required much more time and work than they had been led to believe.

Please read other peoples reviews on this company. It s a shame seeing someone going into a business venture and being skeptical about their chance of success. Its more of a bummer being right.

Nick is the most compassionate, helpful, business man I know, he has truly helped me and my son become more successful

Not horrible, but very emotionally charged stories, the Shill was the guy who said he looked up nick vertuccci on the Internet and said he saw no negative reviews, but there are no positive reviews from the 3500 students who went through the $1700 per person class, buying properties at a 50 percent of the market value, fix it up and sell is pretty obvious, but what they teach you to do is find the deal and bring it to them, to buy. Again not horrible, kinda straight forward, oh yeah, Nick is a now show, I'm assuming he never shows up to any classes. The guy teaching the class said he retired in 18 months, but he is here on a Saturday running a sales pitch / time share like meeting in Colorado when he is from Idaho, dosent sound like retirement to me, but who am I to judge..

The information was ok for a "teaser" course and my guest and I may have even paid for the three day course but they did not give all the gift items they said they would and which we're written in the invitation not the second CD,. Very disappointing. As two professional private practice healthcare business owners we were really put off by their acknowledgment of their promise.
