I have a friend who used the STEP program after a rocky relationship and very hard times. A single mother with 3 children who didnt even have a drivers license. This organization gives you a real chance to stabilize your life with housing, job and transportation services. Today that mother is exceeding employment goals with a happier stable family. I must say thank you to them and encourage more people to donate to this organization, Step is making a difference in our community.

Very poor drivers and rude receptionist every time I call I get attitudes for no reason and they are never on time.

Most of the driver are sloppy and couldn't care less what the passengers feel like.if I wasn't forced to use them I would never ride again

Great group of services available through STEP. Wonderful staff too.

So helpful. If you have state insurance and need help, they're excellent.

Amazing things happen within the many departments in this building . It can be a little confusing , but people were extremely helpful in pointing me to where I needed to go . For handicap people you need to go to the back of the building for handicap entrance . Again people there are really great about getting you to where you need to go .

It's been at least 2 months... Feels like 3. I was told I'd be given the funding by now. Maybe I was lied to?? I'm getting tired of waiting.

They have bingo for the elderly. Meal on wheels. They help with transportation, utility bills. Department of Aging. OMBUDSMEN, Nursing homes and personal care homes.

The worst bus system I have seen.

They have you on the bus for over two hours. If you are disabled or elderly and need an escort for help with other then medical appointments you can forget that because they charge your escort tons. There system is so jacked up. Stay far away from this company.

I've been going here for the WATCH program, which will (hopefully) afford me the opportunity to pursue a job as a CNA at no cost to me. Great people, nice building... what else can I say?

Helped prepare our taxes for over 60 folks.. kind and carrying professionals
