Randy Nederman with Vertex Financial Group is an exceptional mortgage broker. I was fortunate enough to find him via a friend who said, "Randy is awesome." I have acquired three home loans with him and each time my experience was great. He is punctual, efficient, courteous, and secured a loan on a second home for me at a great interest rate even when the numbers didn't look like it would work.

Randy takes all the time necessary to explain the entire process and any details regarding the transaction. Whenever I had questions, he would answer the phone or call back promptly, listening patiently to my inexperienced questions, and respond in a very knowledgeable, easy to understand manner.

In closing I highly recommend Randy. I might add that years ago on my first home loan with Randy I was skeptical of using someone that wasn't local, fearing the paperwork required would be a monumental task interacting with someone out of state. What a pleasant surprise I got! Their state of the art "e-signing" and attention to details resulted in all three loans closing way earlier than planned, surprising everyone including the realtor and title company! Since I travel for a living, Randy even offered to set up the "closing" out of town for me. My experience with Randy, his assistant Sarah, and Vertex Financial Group could not be better.

Mike&Chandra are the most amazing people to work with. Vertex goes above and beyond to have your business. My wife and I have worked with Mike&Chandra for over 6 years and we will never do business anywhere else. Mike&Chandra are the BEST! Straight forward and hardest working people I know! Trae&Kristel.

I have refinanced 3 times now with Vertex. Every time they have been helpful, responsive, and very professional. Joe and Paul are awesome.
Great rates and able to do true no cost loans, at least for me. They know what they are doing and seem to have a good group of lenders to choose from. I have no hesitation in recommending Vertex to anyone!

I'd been recommend Randy and a few years ago by my brother. I both refinanced my current house and purchased a second house Randy did an excellent job of keeping us informed of what all our options were and did a great job overall. I was super happy with the work and will absolutely use Randy for any mortgage financing need In have in the future.

Dealing with Doug, communication was a bit condescending and cold. Went with my local lender because my focus was long-term and a lower interest rate served me better financially (although Vertex may have a snarky reply otherwise).

Sean and Sarah got it done when others couldn't; I was thrilled with my refinancing process with them. They are very nice AND successfull!

Avoid Vertex at all costs. After 31 years in real estate I have never wrote a bad review. However I found compelled to share the worst lender I have ever dealt with. Most frustrating was missed deadlines, Multiple calls, emails, texts, would go unanswered, clients on both sides were mislead. Several days would pass on critical deadlines and repeated attempts for updates fell on deaf ears. The owner/ partner was the originator and it took several days and missed deadlines for him to return any call messages or emails after repeated attempts. His staff....the exact same scenario.

All parties in the deal lost significant $$. All parties were kept in the dark, There are lots of options for mortgage brokers out there. Listen to your real estate professionals and most assuredly stay away from Vertex like a bad movie.

We worked with Greg Jones at Vertex when considering our refinancing options. He and Vertex were exceptional to work with. Professional, thorough, and clearly had our best interest in mind at all steps of the process. I would highly recommend Vertex, and specifically Greg Jones if/when anyone is in the market for a refi or mortgage.

Kevin ensures an A-Z excellent experience and is always readily available to answer questions and provide sound advice. Also, Paul Becker who takes over as Loan Processor is amazing to work with. He patiently put up with my needing to "over cross" the T's and dot the I's.

I got a mailer to refi my existing loan. I was skeptical and did some research and read only good reviews. I moved forward and EVERYTHING was 100% honest in the mailer. No cost loan, Vertex took care of all costs. Randy Nederman and his team made it so easy and no one could beat the rates or loan payment. I did a ton of homework and Randy was by far the best. I have and will recommend him to everyone needing home financing.

I had a lot of issues with my loan and had posted a one star review but then Mike Waitt the owner of the company called me and was very apologetic and offered his insight and assistance and was extremely helpful so I have changed my review.

I worked with Joe Cetuk and Chandra Thomas with my refinance twice and every experience was tremendous. I greatly appreciate their quick action and response on every inquiry i had. They are always available to help clarify and answer questions. They explain things throughly that it made the whole process easy. Two thumbs up to Joe and Chandra.

I did a refi with Phil and Lee. I'm saving several hundred dollars per month! It didn't cost anything out of pocket.

Have refinanced with Sean and Vertex 3 times over the last 10 years. They always make the process simple and worry-free. Additionally, they have the most current rates and multiple options are communicated clearly whether you are seasoned in financials or new to the game in a very timely manner. I have found other places to either "talk down" or "talk up" to you and have spotty responses when you need it and in this game rates can change so rapidly that it might cost you money. Not the case with Vertex. Will definitely use them in the future and always recommend to family and friends.

Buy a house anywhere and these douches will bombard your mailbox with junk mail. Don't bother asking to get off the mailing list, they just send more. Predatory lending companies need to be run out of business, and I hope this is the first one to go. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!
