Avoid Vertex at all costs. After 31 years in real estate I have never wrote a bad review. However I found compelled to share the worst lender I have ever dealt with. Most frustrating was missed deadlines, Multiple calls, emails, texts, would go unanswered, clients on both sides were mislead. Several days would pass on critical deadlines and repeated attempts for updates fell on deaf ears. The owner/ partner was the originator and it took several days and missed deadlines for him to return any call messages or emails after repeated attempts. His staff....the exact same scenario.

All parties in the deal lost significant $$. All parties were kept in the dark, There are lots of options for mortgage brokers out there. Listen to your real estate professionals and most assuredly stay away from Vertex like a bad movie.
