Chaos at the truck parking lot was not touched, let alone cleaned. Access and exit routes as well.

Confusion and slow parking full in front of the factory, which is otherwise public so it looks like a public toilet dirty and smelly. The only bright spot of the canteen in the circle of everything else is the bottom. Trucks from carriers are often used as their warehouse, so they wait for days for unloading of confusion and chaos in logistics. A severe disappointment for a company of that reputation. Whoever cooperates with them after delivery to hell is not terrible.

Terrible consumer attitude, marketing and so-called Loyalty program! You collect one month of points and then you do not get to pick them up as a gift because you are not in Serbia and you have no chance to take your gift !!! Points scored and I don't count, because there aren't enough gifts as many plugs as there are.
When I called to pick up a gift, willing to go anywhere because I liked it a lot, they told me I couldn't. Why? If they met all the customers who called for a gift (five in total), they couldn't do anything else!

Do not come for loading. A company that does not have a loading ramp in the 21st century. Both sides are opened and all slats on the load are removed. Both at the entrance and at the exit you have to open the truck sideways because the porters will not count the goods from the back door. Brooke for a company of such renown.
