The quality People said they where paying for scold from cust ,hence manager wife said and I resigned the job because of that I went there for job not to scold from cust

I started my career in this office (First source) on 2016 as associate then after in 2018 I apply for IJP and promoted as process Trainer. I learned more for next level and my supervisors are teached me lots of things to groom and also supported me for next level ...its good place to start your career ...all the best...

Tl and other members are good and they give support but sallary is to low but i had a wonder full experiance

Worst BPO company ever. It's like a pressure cooker on target. Only during training period you can have a good tym. After that you will have worst experience. No employee benefits will be provided to you. Huge number of attrition will be there in every month. You can opt for other Better company than this.

It's a best company for starting and set up the carrer and extremely good salary package for freshers , the hr are very helpful and guiding , easy intreview rounds and best package , good working environment

No 1 worst company in perungudi No response from any one while waiting for interview or to attend the interview.Interview process is very very worst response by Hr.I doesn't see like this worst company###########in the world.much of members are waiting for interview but no one is calling to attend the interview. They are all verycareless sitting & laughing.But in the time also they not take interview.I think they are not human beings.

Training is very nice ,..for myself after coming out of that company I have learned English speaking skills better than before

About work: they put you in so much of stress by giving targets and the management will never provide the good working ambience to employees. They literally treat us like slaves. Toilets are really bad .

Very worst experienced I faced in this interview, They USE TO GIVE FALSE INFORMATION ABOUT SALARY OFFER IN THE ONLINE JOB PORTAL. NO RESPONSE IN INTERVIEW HALL, YOU NEED TO WAIT TILL END OF THE DAY. They don't HAVE COMPANY RULES, THEY HAVE THERE OWN RULES in terms of salary processing and settlement.

Maintanence need to be taken care. No proper appreciation.

I hve attended interview in vertex,perungudi ,chennai.Really irritated,HR department is the worst department, unprofessional peoples are working as HR ,these peoples are really wasting our time,they don't even know how to treat candidates,they don't have proper records for candidates.They are in a mind set that candidates are fools,they prolonged the interview process for 3 days,THEIR ONLY AIM IS TO FILL CANDIDATES IN RECEPTION ,NOT IN OFFICE,uneducated HRs..
To the management of vertex,please do appoint educated, professional HR to get good employee,because ur HR Team has the super power to lose good candidates,,,,

Fraud company I never saw like this. They play cheap tricks to place u at the voice process. They will say u one process while recruiting and after that they train for the voice process. Totally fraud. Don't even think about that company.

I dont knw abt remaining but this company am workig frm past 5 months i dont i think am justifying gd r not but the company is vry gd and i loved to work in this company and i have to learn so many things in the company

Company people told first 8hours work...... after u join they told 9hrs.......but every morning 20mins briefing mandatory so briefing plus 8hrs.....and weekly only one day off...... don't join.....and continuously u need to take calls.......and company told pf and esi but account not open..... company take your ef of amount
