Americans don't need you. youll soon find out when everyone is making their own power because you are greedy as fuck. threaten to shut people off if they dont pay 4000 at once. no one is going to have that you pieces of shit. how about you come up with a better payment plan. one that someone that only makes 1000 a month on disability can afford. you pretty much make her payment plan 1000 a month. yall set her up for failure to begin with. you scum bags. shes payed over 2000 in 2 months and they still will shut her off. shes been paying everything she has. ive concluded that someone in this town doesnt like her. too bad she aint going nowhere. she owns the house now. shut her off and yall wont ever see another penny again. leave her shit on and youll keep getting payments. do the math. she doesnt need you now that the house is paid off. ill do everything in my power to set her up with everything propane, solar and gas powered. thanks for being the biggest scum bags in this universe you pieces of shit. hope you choke on a dick. overcharging greedy pieces of shit.

Horrible. I waited three days to contact them after an outage because I "thought" they needed time to work on things. I wanted advice on how to fix a problem.

Oh, they showed up. They shut the power off (the weather head peeled off the side of the house by 5 inches). Did not give my wife, who works in critical medicine from home, any time to fill tubs or to give me time to get back and use auxilliary power.

No common sense. Keep in mind, the power had been on for 3 days after the outage. Keep in mind, supposedly they are not responsible between the pole and the house..well untill they can screw you royally. The guy said "it's just my job". I said "that's what they said at the Nuremberg trials". Couldn't give us a half hour or so.

Don't call them for help or advice.
And, my bill has almost quadrupled in 4 years.

Can't wait for the next vote to end this monopoly.
