Horrible. I waited three days to contact them aft...

Horrible. I waited three days to contact them after an outage because I "thought" they needed time to work on things. I wanted advice on how to fix a problem.

Oh, they showed up. They shut the power off (the weather head peeled off the side of the house by 5 inches). Did not give my wife, who works in critical medicine from home, any time to fill tubs or to give me time to get back and use auxilliary power.

No common sense. Keep in mind, the power had been on for 3 days after the outage. Keep in mind, supposedly they are not responsible between the pole and the house..well untill they can screw you royally. The guy said "it's just my job". I said "that's what they said at the Nuremberg trials". Couldn't give us a half hour or so.

Don't call them for help or advice.
And, my bill has almost quadrupled in 4 years.

Can't wait for the next vote to end this monopoly.
