Came through my yard unannounced, banging their tools against my aluminium siding. When i approached them, they gave me attitude.
You'd think they would at least leave something in the mail regarding then working on mine and my neighbors property.

Our neighbor sent us a pic of their van and license plate because they are entering yards in our neighborhood without introducing themselves or providing ID. I would like to know what company is hiring this contractor. They should no how unprofessional they are.
Their truck drivers are very aggressive and do not follow the rules of the road I was almost run over by one of their trucks recently.
Your employees need to learn to get out of the way when cars are approaching instead of just standing there not doing a damn thing but smoking and bullshitting with one another and that is aside from the fact that they block all parking.

THIS COMPANY DESTROYED YEARS OF WORK & HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS WORTH OF PLANTS THAT I PUT INTO MY PROPERTY BY HAND MYSELF WITHOUT AS MUCH AS A KNOCK ON MY DOOR OR A LETTER NOTIFYING MY OF ANY CONSTRUCTION ON/ADJACENT TO MY PROPERTY. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE & SO DISRESPECTFUL.

Your group force is giving your company a bad name.
First of all you should notify a home owner that you will be working in their yard.
Secondly be mindful of the homeowners property. They have ran over plants, left huge tracks and the put down some gunk that looks like clay to cover something. What really gets me is that the destination they are trying to reach is on the other side of the fence, not on my property. Why do they have to ride thru my yard several times to get to something that is not on my property. The box they are working with is on land that is a field. This land is growing soybeans. There is no yard in with the soybeans.
Wow ATT did not make a wise choice with Verita.
This company must have been desperate, because the people working for them don't seem to know what they're doing. December 2018 they were using an axe last week, all of the gas lines, and other lines were marked. But the one guy who appeared to be slurring his words hit a gas line. And all I could see was gas vapors coming out of the ground. I immediately got on the phone to call the gas company because I needed to know if I should evacuate or not. I was told to evacuate my home because the fumes were now in my home, and my head is now hurting from the gas. The one guy is furious because he now don't know what to do, so he's panicking. I've watched them work week after week, and I know now that this company may need to do some retraining with your employees. Because they are making a mess of people's yard. ATT maybe you should have looked for a company with more experience.
I am in Knoxville Tn. I have been trying to get my driveway repaired after Verita telecommunications ran cable underneath it and caused damage. I have been told by Jay McCarrier ,who is the project manager for this job, that his crew caused the damage. However 8 plus months later I have many excuses and we will take care of it statements and still my driveway is not repaired. Extremely disappointed in this young company and their business practices. I have been more than patient in waiting to have the work done. I would definitely use another company for your needs if you have a choice.
This company came in putting lines in for a new internet service called wow in Knoxville tennessee. After people in the neighborhood complaining about workers laying in their yards and sitting on porches they had no respect for people's yards or flower beds as they took machinery over driways through yards and just made ruts with their tracks. The last day they were here they hit two water lines and had their equipment loaded up and gone before anyone knew what happened. I called the project manager and told him what had happened and he went on to tell me that it wasn't their fault it was the local utility company putting the blame on someone else for their mess up. I would not recommend this company if that's the way they treat people households when their on a job.
