Good products, but ......
Good products.
But totally catastrophic organization, every person you talk to says different. Everyone seems to have the first day at work.
We chose to cancel the alarm in case of a move as it would cost us SEK 795 in driving charge + SEK 495 per half hour started for them to set the alarm in the new house. We could also get a better new alarm for SEK 1995 + a much higher monthly cost.
We probably would have kept the alarm and the agreement if we had it installed in the new house at no cost or if we had to set it up ourselves.

Great alarm, shame they started acting like gangsters ... Didn't get any invoice, get a debt collection from some unskilled company. On it is an amount of a few thousand (have a few hundred on their invoices per month). It says that reminder is sent on 20/5 and reminder fee incurred in cost. Debt collection 21/5 with debt collection fee and interest. Why didn't a reminder come before (seems like they are waiting to be able to post collection costs, that is, consciously, that is, my experience is that it is so)

It is sad that the water detector trips if you touch it with the vacuum cleaner nozzle. Can add that the nozzle was snuff dry.
It has also happened that the cats play with the leash. Have seen when it happened. They only used their paws. The water alarm went off again.
When the alarm was triggered, I turned it off within 5 seconds.
Each time, the alarm center calls to tell you that the water alarm has been triggered. I, I know, I replied. I was the one who turned it off.
We immediately ask why they call when you turn it off yourself with a code, and they answer that they always call when an alarm is triggered.
I find it a little disturbing ... You should be aware of what happens if you turn off the alarm yourself?

The water detector also seems to have a defect in the construction. Seems to consist of two uninsulated cables with a braided nylon cover over. With pressure, the cables can come into contact with each other and cause false alarms. There should also be a nylon cover between the cables, so that pressure can not trigger an alarm. The idea is that the alarm should only be triggered if the casing has become damp and conducts current between the two cables?

Wish you could get in touch with a chief engineer or similar. Tired of being treated like a customer who does not know technology.

It is thought that the most expensive alarm should come with a certain level of service but it was wrong. Have tried to get customer service several times, besides the seller who sold the alarm. No one even answers. Despite good looking products, I am clearly eager to change the alarm operator.

Worst alarm operator if you want to cancel your alarm, they are unpleasant, say that they can not help you, you get connected to lots of different operators. Took me over 40 minutes from talking to person # 1 until the alarm was canceled at person # 5. Then they ask if I want a new alarm from them in the new accommodation NEVER IN MY ENTIRE LIFE I RENT THEM AGAIN !!!

The service as such works well. Especially the service technicians but everything is reduced by "sneaking" prices for the alarm service, with the motivation that they want to be able to offer new solutions cheaper. Despite this, the price is also raised for new solutions, and this when the company made record profits of more than 400 million and almost 27% profit margin. Poorly communicated to their customers :(

A company that was of the highest class now belong...

A company that was of the highest class now belongs to the bottom layer. Because we have been cheated by Verisure when moving with extremely low level of service as an afterthought, I really have to advise against the company.
