Purchased new e-bikes. They thought along well when we mentioned our budget. Super friendly, exchanging old bikes was no problem. Until now very satisfied. Of course no experience with repair.

Nice business, lots of choice, also e-bikes, but a little enthusiastic, let alone helpful staff (apart from the exception). Furthermore, in our case information given by telephone about the stock of a model was not correct, so that we left for another bicycle store without any fault.

Fast and good service 1 hour bike brought and was able to pick up the same afternoon

My Xtrail mountain bike frame (from Focus factory) was torn and my Xtrail bike shop (for the warranty) bankrupt. Then I started calling around Focus bike stores, they were not immediately eager to help me. Until I called VMG bicycle house and Jos got on the phone. Jos is very sympathetic and customer-friendly and immediately started helping me with Mari. Call the dealer, call the factory, mail, arrange etc.
Now I have a nice Focus Black Forrest frame, can choose my own color, specially made for me, that I could pick up for free. I do feel guilty, so I buy my next MTB from Jos and Mari of VMG bike house Eindhoven! El Paul

Am looking for an electric bicycle with a child seat in front. Been last Wednesday and saw a bike. The seller was friendly in itself. But he wasn't really friendly either. Because there was no child seat on this bike, I was allowed to come back on Saturday to try it with the seat. Saturday I arrived and the bike was gone. Not that anyone came up with a solution. No sorry was the only thing that came out. I was not helped further. They continued to look straight ahead. We just went after.
This is not how you treat a customer. When an error occurs, you try to satisfy the customer with all your knowledge. This did not happen.
I'm not angry, but I'm disappointed.
I will never go there again and recommend it to someone else.

I have been scammed twice when buying an e-bike. At first they didn't want to tell which series it was and it would appear on the invoice as soon as I had paid. I thought we would be fine but still at Gazelle with the frame no. asked for info the battery was 7 years old while a battery lasts 4 to 5 years. Went to VMG about this and they wanted to put a new battery on it for 600. A while later, the display burst open due to the moisture and heat, which had been opened and closed again with great force. They wanted to make this again for 150. Apparently you have to be very careful here and check everything very well.

These people are known as crooks all over Veldhoven. I myself was once defrauded when I did not get a warranty on a second-hand bicycle, even though it had been agreed. I will never go here again.

Great bicycle store with friendly sales people. They listen to what you want and don't oversell you something you don't wanna have. Amazing store!

Poorly done repair. Staff probably dropped the bike, because the wheel seized after the repair, so got a broken bike back. The guys who repair the bicycles are not very professional either.

The day before yesterday I got a flat tire at the beginning of a bike ride.
Fortunately VMG Fietshuis was nearby.
Even though it was Saturday I was immediately helped. A new inner tube, chained and lubricated. The rest was well checked and oiled. I could continue my bike ride with a smooth running bike.
Such a service is great! VMG Fietshuis deserves "a warm shower".

VMG are the closest bicycle store to me and they are also the closest Haibike dealership by some distance (I'm looking for an eMTB). I was quite concerned after reading some of the reviews, but popped into their store just to buy some new valves for my commuter bike. I needed two and they gave me three at no cost! Good and friendly service too!

Yesterday bought a Batavus Finez E-go Active Plus for my wife. Very knowledgeable and friendly, we now have to wait a little while for delivery. First impression very good and wide range.
