I have been scammed twice when buying an e-bike. At first they didn't want to tell which series it was and it would appear on the invoice as soon as I had paid. I thought we would be fine but still at Gazelle with the frame no. asked for info the battery was 7 years old while a battery lasts 4 to 5 years. Went to VMG about this and they wanted to put a new battery on it for 600. A while later, the display burst open due to the moisture and heat, which had been opened and closed again with great force. They wanted to make this again for 150. Apparently you have to be very careful here and check everything very well.
