Am looking for an electric bicycle with a child seat in front. Been last Wednesday and saw a bike. The seller was friendly in itself. But he wasn't really friendly either. Because there was no child seat on this bike, I was allowed to come back on Saturday to try it with the seat. Saturday I arrived and the bike was gone. Not that anyone came up with a solution. No sorry was the only thing that came out. I was not helped further. They continued to look straight ahead. We just went after.
This is not how you treat a customer. When an error occurs, you try to satisfy the customer with all your knowledge. This did not happen.
I'm not angry, but I'm disappointed.
I will never go there again and recommend it to someone else.
