I went to this venue to model in a show. The security team was awful and the manager/owner stood by it. I witnessed a bouncer get aggressive with a lady and of course she pushed him off and told him to stop. People were trying to calm him down because he was out of control. Poor security not professional and when you don't care about the customers' safety it makes it a dangerous place to be. I will never work or attend an event that's showcased at this venue. Double pass for me. The only reason why I gave it 2 stars is because I enjoyed modeling for Raw Artists. But they're their again next year I won't be attending. Move venues and then you'll a crowd of us again.

Amazing place! I would definitely go here again. Though the venue charges $5 for water and is overpriced, the experience was great. The venue is clean and the sound system is superb.

Saturday, June 13, was probably the worst time and money spent on an event. Never again. I'm sure your venue will not last long, which is probably why it's changed names several times within the last months. In one word...HORRIBLE! We purchased VIP tickets @ $30 per ticket. The VIP Section was most definitely not VIP when you are literally about 1, maybe 2 feet higher than the regular paid price ticket. It's a joke. Usually champagne is included in the VIP price, however we were told it was not for that event. Why? Lastly, we paid to see Yellow Claw, in reality we paid $30 each for VIP (Lack of) to listen to your dj's play mixes that you can hear at a club down the street at little to no cover charge and what immature young adults act like they've never been out of the house. Rude and obnoxious. Yellow Claw performed for maybe 45 minutes which began approximately 1:45am. What did $30 VIP ticket price get? absolutely Nothing. We should have been paid to be there, that's how bad it was. I would suggest a refund, however I know I will never receive such, so what's the points. so maybe an apology for getting "ripped off"? Some advice, Make it a better experience for your "guests" and worth the money spent for your events. It's bad business to promote something and give very little for it. With this type of business, it may hurt your establishment in the long run. This Yellow Claw event was not worth the money spent nor the time spent there.

A standard downtown Orlando nightclub of decent size. We were here for a special event, so I'm unsure of what it's like on a "regular" night. Drinks were on the pricey side but service was good.

I have attended Venue 578 for two concerts. The first being Post Malone and the second being Lil Wayne. Although I have tried to enjoy being at Venue 578 it was a failure. During my first concert everything went well other than being asked to move a bunch of times for security to walk back and forth. My second concert was the worst experience at the fault of Venue 578. The air conditioning was so high and so cold I felt like I was in a refrigerator. I was not the only one that was freezing for 4 hours straight. Many others in the crowd were shivering and complaining. We tried to get the attention of artists and even security on stage to turn it down. When we finally asked security to inform the owner/manager he said they "could not do anything". All of us in the front of the crowd tried to get the owner's attention and he completely ignored us. It is no exaggeration when I say we were freezing. My body had goosebumps and began to physically hurt. My thumbs began to lock up and my whole body was shaking. Venue 578 ruined my night for sure all because they couldn't control their AC.

Last night I encountered how rude the staff/security can really be. One of the staff members was coming down the stairs by the right side of the stage and pushed the metal railing near the stage , basically trampling my boyfriend almost knocking him over into the railing. My bf pushed him out the way and the guy acted totally rude about it when he was in the wrong and kicked my bf out. So basically it's ok for your staff to push into people without giving a damn or care but if someone tries to push them off , they get kicked out. Also a female staff member yelled "get him out of here!" When she didn't even see the situation happen. Your staff is a joke. I miss the people who worked here when it was called Firestone. My friends and I will not give money to this place again. The staff clearly cares about upholding some "name" and not about the people attending.

Trying too hard to be something it's not. Bring back regular DJ nights and cool vibe. You can try to be as upscale as you want but the staff is rude, cost is too high for the few shows you actually run through, this place can't be making any money. It's too bad because it used to be a huge part of Orlando nightlife highlighting local talent and bringing in worldwide DJ's.

The staff is rude and don't communicate. The VIP is a waist of money. If there is a show that fills up then they will turn up the heat so you can buy more drinks.

All the staff is extremely rude. The manager Mike Padovano steals money from the fast pass line. Entire place is run by a bunch of thieves. Spend ur money elsewhere. This hospitality scene DOES NOT take care of you. Anywhere else is a better option I promise!

Worst Venue EVER the bar staff was unhelpful and ignored everyone at the bar, and the Bouncers were bullys with no cooth what so ever, I was bounced for picking my 5'4 friend up on my shoulders during an Acacia Strain show to be able to see over their 6 foot stage. I will never go to this venue again and ill make sure I tell every one I know to do the same.

Good club to see bands and DJs play. Bars get really busy and can be difficult to order a drink. High prices and ok selection.

The club was str8 , the rap trio called Stepp Chyld...them boyz is the future of the rap game !!! They did they thang 100 !

Went to this venue 10/21/2017 for the Krewella performance with the VIP Meet and Greet Package

The security was very efficient and made sure to get us into the venue quickly. The Meet and Greet was well organized at a specific room in Venue 578 and we were let in early to the venue as promised (Half an hour before opening).

Even as the place started getting packed it was still comfortable to try and get around the club. The sound system was also amazing, loud music and good bass without excessive bass or dangerously loud volumes throughout the performance.

I would definitely come back to this venue just due to the great organization I witnessed.

The place is nasty, and they were asking for 5 dollars to skip the line to the concert for people who just got there to skip people who were waiting for hours. they were so slow that they delayed the rapper there we went to go see 2 and a half hours. Absolute trash

Went here for an art show that took place. Lots of fun, nice & spacious multi floor venue.

It's an okay place for an edm show. If you don't opt for the vip ticket you're gonna be packed in like a sardine. If you get the vip ticket you'll be corralled up by a seperate bar, slightly better than the regular pit. Table service can even get crowded. Overall they need to limit the amount of tickets sold so that you can get to the bar for a drink, or a bottle of water. Stage production is normally pretty good, but the crowds take a high tolerance to deal with. Always seems understaffed too.

Bar staff is very unprofessional along with bouncers. Only a place to find distorted druggies. The sound quality isn't that great. Went to see 3LAU and it was a joke so we left early. Never again will I spend my money here. No wonder they changed names.

At the age of 66, going to a loud place like this is more a chore than a joy! For the young at heart, knock yourself out.

Tonight I drove an hour from Tampa after I called and asked if Kodak Black was still performing tonight. I was told yes and when I got there it was $40 to park and when I get to the door the head of security that's a love child between an Oompa Lumpa and Mr.Clean told me they were sold out and at capacity. He said let me get you a ticket he then proceeded to give a girl that look like she 13 10 tickets for her and her friends. Meanwhile the girl had nappy hair, a t shirt, jeans and sneakers on! How you pass up a chick with a bien fresh hair do, nails and toes done, Versace purse and shoes with a new Fashion Nova dress on for a nappy headed sneaker wearing child! And furthermore, he needs to keep his pedophile activities away from the workplace! I'm not going to stress anyone to spend my money so I'm enjoying the rest of my night at the Strip Club! I really rate this place 0 stars, but I gave it 1 star just to be nice

Huge venue, great bar, great atmosphere, will say that I asked security to remove a man who sexual harassed me by slapping my ass, and they allowed him to stay in the club

Been in the music scene promoting and security for years was at a show and for no reason there was a bouncer on the floor/pit area and when the crowd got into the music he would flip out even seen him choke several people and drag them out for no reason at all very unprofessional.....law suit waiting to happen or he's gonna get the same treatment

I'm not into the club scene, but it looks to be a fairly nice place. Security seems professional and on top of their game. I visited as part of a special event and so did not get to see a lot. What I did see looked like a good club.

Awesome experience here, packed dance floor with great energy, great lights and visuals, VIP options, three rooms with different music, cozy seating upstairs to chill with your sweeties. Bathroom attendants. Clean.

Excellent weekend. Staff was super friendly and professional. Drinks reasonably priced, other patrons having a great time with no drama or fights. Will definitely be back. Thanks for a terrific weekend.

I saw Yheti here at their Sustain event! It felt like a mini music festival. The community aspect of the show was spectacular. The minimalist approach to lighting and set up made this venue feel super underground. It was a very intimate show and my wife even got picture with Yheti after spotting him among the ravers. Can you believe he was there partying with us. I felt really special being there. Would catch a show here again. Shout out to the staff who kept us entertained in line. This was an upstairs only event.

Saw GWAR here a couple days ago. The venue is obviously geared toward electronic music and a night club crowd. This is obvious once you see a bathroom attendant and hear the house PA. The audio is bass-oriented and very boomy. That doesn't work very well for metal, so all the bands sounded pretty bad, and I just saw the same bands less than two weeks earlier at a different venue that sounded great. I doubt I'd go again.

I went here for an Alison Wonderland concert. This was my first time experiencing Venue 578 and downtown orlando's nightlife.

Parking was a little difficult to find for a first timer. The staff was really friendly. It was a very easy process to get in. If you purchase your ticket online, you line up to get in the door and then give your name once you walk in the door.

Drinks are tiny and expensive $7 for a mixed drink in an extremely small clear plastic cup! $5 for beer. Bathroom line was crazy. They really need to add more stalls. It was so bad that many of the the women were also in both the men's bathroom. Time was from 10pm to 2 am. Alison didn't come out until around 12:45am and the people on the main stage were boring leading up to her. Not knowing much about the place I was really hoping for more of a dubstep concert atmosphere and it is defiantly a club.

One thing I really enjoyed was the small side room on the right that I think hardly anyone knew about. The music in there was more of what I was expecting to get before Alison Wonderland, great dubstep. The main floor was just clubbing music, drinking, and throwing up type if party until Alison came out.

It's very safe place to go dance and have some drinks, they have a lot security and big exits.

Worst experience I've had yet.
I was taking my little sister to the Russ concert for a senior year gift. Paying for the highest ticket and still didn't have good seating to see him. It was so overpacked and hot, people were passing out everywhere. My little sister (who was a minor) was getting too hot, so I was trying to get money from the ATM, but it wasn't working so they told me I could go to the one outside as long as I go through security again. After all of that I wasn't allowed back in and all I wanted to do was give my sister money at this point. I had my wrist bands , ticket , etc.. I paid for meet and greet and the whole ticket was basically wasted. Staff was beyond rude. I wouldn't even give it a star if it wouldn't make me. Because of this, I will never go back to that Venue again.

Run of the mill crappy venue. They turn up the volume so high is distorts the music. It's a shame this is the only electronic music venue in Orlando.

Bring back the good DJs from Firestone. You guys went down the wrong path. Commercial junk now.

I saw Redman & Method Man and recently Mobb Deep at this venue and it was a great experience staff seemed to be ok I ordered a few beers with no problems and enjoyed both shows. The vibe was real laid back and I love the fact that the shows are real intimate with the artists and the crowd being that the stage is really close..I wasn't there to rate bouncers or bathrooms I went to see a show which was great. If you are lucky enough to see your favorite artists perform at this venue I highly recommend it.

They run a crappy show... Call and find out when the artist you want to see is actually going on because it's not posted anywhere and the pre-show is a complete joke (my experience was an outdoor show). Don't stand waiting for 3 hours like i did. As someone that has been to 50+ concerts venue 578 lowballs the experience. They have good artists but not worth the top $$$

horrible place. i've been there twice and in both times the staff was super rude! They were charging 20 to skip a line that otherwise would have taken forever. Both times the guy at the entrance yelled at me and other people for no reason. One of the guys being the manager. It's like your money is worthless. I thought my second time being there would be better but it wasn't . What a waste of money.

Staff is a joke. Unhelpful and rude. It was the first time I've been there and will definitely not be returning. Management made a show of disciplining the most offensive of the staff I encountered, but kept on shrugging and gave the impression that this was a common thing and the punishment was a total joke just to make it seem like something was done. Dont go to the firestone. They will treat you horribly and call you a drunk for drinking water. Very disappointing.

Great place. Often there are known DJs. The light DJ is just amazing!

I had fun and all at the Joey badass concert with schoolboy q but def not my scene. Venue was way to small and a lot of young kids. I'm getting to old for this ish. So crowded people were pushing others around..definitely could of started serious fights

Sound quality could be better. The upstairs is separated, sound in that area is mediocre at best.

Amazing shows!! Professionally managed Venue. Not your typical club atmosphere. Prices are what you would pay at any other concert you would attend. Friendly environment that lasts all night!
