Nilai Springs Resort Hotel Review

nice hotel.. could improve on the service la.. otherwise affordable and good

We took the children to stay together, and gave us a smoking room. I asked the baggage attendant to tell me that the whole building was smoking. Later, I called the counter to help us change to the fifth floor. A tip, just feels very bad, the equipment is good, the only drawback is that the cold is hot and the network is super unstable

Superb room and clean environment. Near to the airport. Around 25mins drive

Good place for families and your self if u love golfing.

There is a swimming pool, a fitness center.
But the place is quite far from the main road, you have to use private transportation, because public transportation doesn't pass.
The nearest station is the Salak Tinggi station.

No food at night except for break fast Muslim food. Lounge and all other food outlets are closed - I had to drive out for dinner at night because the only open cafe Springs cafe did not want to serve ala carte, manager said it was buffet only. At RM80 per pop for a family that had a late lunch at 3pm didn't make sense.

Worst in terms of price to value rooms here. Almost same price as Hilton and nowhere near the standard.

Plastic bottled water is charged at RM3 after you had the first two.

Staff could not even provide a bucket of ice to the room. When I tried to call the room service, no one answered. When I called the front desk, they said there was a fridge. When I insisted on ice, they forwarded the call to the restaurant and again, no one answered. I believe they are not interested in providing what you ask for and make it difficult so that you would give up altogether.

The staff is friendly and well maintained, including a swimming pool gym.

Clean rooms, quiet & serenity make the stay enjoyable.

Absolutely loved my time here in 2017 , was at this hotel because of a flight delay , spent nearly 18 hours at this resort.

All 3 meals I had at the Springs Cafe . The food and the taste were spot on fantastic , the spread was big enough that it served any nationality based on the taste they preferred. All foods are Halal here as well.

The Resort has a beautiful swimming pool , kids pool as well. You could chill all day long . If you're aviation enthusiast get a room on the top floor and you could spot some planes . Also the room in the top most floor had a balcony . Whats best is that you could enjoy a beautiful sunset view for about 15 minutes , you could just sit and watch it silently its a beautiful moment to cherish and end your day.

Nice scenary and food. The only drawback is the wifi signal. They're weak.

Reasonable golfing place. In the process upgrading the course. Need to improve toilets

Rooms are quite old but clean. Staff are friendly. Awesome scenic location. Great view from the room I was in.

Buffet was great, rooms had a fine view, pool, spa and gym was a treat

The facilities are very completed. The hotel room is nice, but the dinner provided is a little bit disappointing. The main dishes are not so good but the desserts made it even. The breakfast is not bad too. Suitable for people who want to take a short vacation at. Recommended.

Nice resort..not sure if I m gonna pay to come here though...unless I do golf...which I dont..

OMG the worse food ever the bread was frozen then
microwaved solid with the bottom wet and sticky. Main meal not amy better. This has been third bad experience will not give anymore tries.

Attended a wedding in their ballroom. Food service is very slow. Not efficient at all.

Since we were provided with transport and vouchers for accommodation, transport was not a problem. It is around 30 minutes from the airport via car, but the resort overall is amazing. The rooms were huge and had a lot of amenities. The breakfast buffet was also superb. If only I had enough space to eat everything.

It isn't so much about the hotel itself but the inconvenience caused by Malaysian airlines to make us travel so far to catch up with just a few hours of sleep after missing our connecting flight

This hotel has a good buffet during Ramadan, and also when they have enough guests to make it viable, and the food is nice. But you need to phone up and checkvwhich is a bit of a drag. The a la carte menu is good but I feel a bit overpriced. There is a Korean/Japanese restaurant which is closed for several months of the year for the large groups from those countries who come for golfing. I haven't managed to eat there yet.

I met a group of British tourists who said they were staying there over Hari Raya and th e restaurant was closed. They hadn't been informed when they booked.

The bottom line is, this is a good hotel for food but their grasp of communications with customers needs to improve.

One of the better business class hotels in this area.

I was in Nilai Spring for a night on 28-June-2019.
Here are some advices:
- The unfriendly smell during hall, corridor and room.
- Bathroom without handheld shower.
- Door not easy to close.
- Food not really delicious, need to re-cooked.

Very well maintained, very comfortable stay. People are very helpful and welcoming. Surrounded with good views and you can enjoy hot spring and also smal trek to visit one of the waterfall nearby. It has a very big trees to explore. And different flora and fauna you can explore.

Great hotel, clean and well maintained. Very friendly staff. Food was also great, lots of choices. Pool, golf course, gym are few of many facilities on site.

Dated room, okay breakfast. Service was kind of hit and miss, sometimes they are attentive but most of the time no guys coming to us to offer coffee or tea or something

Love the hotel. Just that the wake up call does not call our room on the time I ask them to call.

The food taste nice(some dessert are way to sweet), the room and the bathroom are clear and neat

This is a nice decent place a stone throw away from high way to KLIA. Rooms are huge and spacious. That being said switches to light bulbs are not few foot steps away. Air conditioning is ok but the buzz from the air conditioner will remind you it is working.internet connection not good.

good resort far inside nilai. Mostly used for Airport transfer passengers.. never the less good facilities, and restaurants

I got a great experience when i stay here for 1 night! Their stafs always so helpful and friendly. They were trully amazing, attentive and warm. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast is very tasty. We truly enjoy our staycation. The service was great.
