I find the reviews of Venture from staff unbelievable. The turnover rate for DCP personnel is greater than 66%. Working in facilities their is always new personnel at home locations every time I go for a service call. Donr be fooled by the lies. Just like any other non-profit your efforts will go unrecognized while the top tier prey on your hard work.

I'm a care giver working for venture for six years now, I work at Fisher rd, in fitchburg, my manager is Luis figarora, he runs our hour very efficentley ,he is hard working and he is fair to his employees, I love working with , he's a very caring and understand person, love working him, because he fair, the best boss I've ever had, he is always being praised d for the state that he I the model house, I'm a proud of .he will work on your schedule and vavcations. Otherwise venture is a great company they rain us CRR and first aid a courses in self defense, meaning learning how to e restraint clients, I love working with my team, it's the best so far for me.
